自由降落式救生艇放艇/回收操作步骤
A、launching lifeboat by free fall(Fig1)自由降落入水
1）Remove any obstruction, disconnect the lifting rings from the hooks of floating beam and then fix them to the bracket of canopy;
移去一切障碍物，确认吊艇索环于吊艇横杆脱离，然后将吊艇环固定于救生艇顶棚固定座上;
2）Disconnect the charging plug and socket outside the lifeboat the crews go aboard, and close all opening, and fasten sea belt at the same time;
拔去救生艇外的电源充电插头，乘员登艇后，关闭所有的登艇门及舱盖，同时就座，并系好安全带;
3）Start engine;
发动艇机;
4）Remove the safety pins both of release hook and release mechanism, operate the release mechanism inside the boat to release the hook from the chain, the boat slides down and free fall into the water surface;
拔去释放钩与释放机构安全销，操作释放机构，使释放钩从尾挂链上脱离，救生艇沿着滑道自由降落
入水;
5）The lifeboat leaves the sinking ship at full speed.
救生艇全速安全驶离母船。

B、Launching lifeboat using boat falls(Fig2) 依靠吊艇索降落入水。

1）S tart the pump motor；
启动泵站电机；
2）O pen the keel hook of the fitted unit to ensure the fitted boat plate to turn downs and not to pin on the keel hook;
松开龙骨固艇装置固定拉索，使活动钩向下转动，松开救生艇；
3) a. Manoeuvre the change valve of the oil cylinder
操作液压油缸转向阀；
b. Hoist the davit arm until the floating beam uphead to the slings;
起升吊臂至吊艇横杆与吊艇索环成垂直位置；
c. Manoeuvre the change valve of the winch and lower down the floating beam to connect the lifting rings of
the slings winch are dismantled from the bracket；
操作绞车换向阀，下放吊艇横杆至吊艇索环，将吊艇索环从固定座卸下后，分别挂在吊臂的吊钩上；
d. Hoist up the floating beam and the boat until there is no force to the chain between release hook and davit；
起升吊艇横杆直至救生艇艉挂钩不再受力；
4) Disconnect the changing plug and socket, the crews go aboard, removed the safety pin of release hook to
release the hook；
拔去救生艇外充电插头，乘员登艇，拔去释放安全销，释放吊钩；
5) To manoeuvre the change valve of oil cylinder and the davit arms are turned to full outboard position；
操作液压油缸换向阀，吊艇臂被顶移至满舷外；
6) To manoeuvre the change valve of winch for lowering the lifeboat to water surface;
操作绞车换向阀，救生艇降落入水；
7) Dismantle the lifting rings from the floating beam and fix on the bracket of canopy；
将吊艇索环从吊艇横杆上卸下，并将索环固定于救生艇顶棚固定座上；
8) Start the engine and the lifeboat leaves the sinking ship at full speed。

启动艇机，救生艇全速驶离母船。

C、Recovery the boat(Fig3) 救生艇的回收
1）a. Start the pump motor, manoeuvre the change valve of oil cylinder for pushing the davit arm to be fully outboard；
启动泵站电机，操作油缸换向阀，使吊臂被顶移至满舷外；
b. Operate the change valve of winch and lower down the davit arm until the floating beam is closed to the lifting rings of
slings winch should be dismantled from the bracket of the canopy；
操作起艇绞车换向阀下放艇架吊臂至救生艇吊艇索能挂到的位置，将吊艇索环从固定座上卸下后，分别挂在衡杆的吊钩上；
c. Reset the lifeboat release hook at the same time, connect the lifting rings of the slings with the hooks of the floating
beam；
同时将救生艇释放钩复位，锁住吊艇索环和吊艇横杆吊钩；
2) Ensure the lashing unit is in open position；
确认活动钩出于开启位置；
3) Start the pump motor, manoeuvre the change valve of the winch and hoist the lifeboat until it stops due to the limit rod
enlarge the pressure to unload the relief valve；
启动泵站电机，操作起艇绞车换向阀，提升救生艇，到位后由于限位推杆作用增大系统压力，溢流阀卸荷，救生艇停止上升；
4) Operate the change valve of oil cylinder to make the davit arm back to inboard and lifeboat be position on the
slideway；
操作油缸换向阀，吊艇臂向内转动，救生艇进入滑道；
5) After the lifeboat is in stowed position, connect the chain of davit and release hook and insert the safety pins；
救生艇到位，将尾挂链挂入释放钩内，插入安全销，锁定吊钩；
6)a. Lower the floating beam until the lifting slings become slack；
下降吊艇横杆直至吊艇索变松；
b. Dismantle the lifting rings from the floating beam and fix to the bracket of the canopy；
将吊艇索环从吊艇横杆上卸下，并固定在救生艇顶棚固定座上；
c. Lift the floating beam to be its stowed position and the davit arms turned to stowed position at the same time；
提升吊艇横杆至其存放位置，同时使吊艇臂倒至支撑杆上；
7) Strain the sling of the lashing unit, and ensure pin on the keel hook freely;
拉紧龙骨固艇装置的拉索，使活动环钩住龙骨钩；
8) Switch off the pump。

关闭液压泵站电源。
