At the meeting, the people were impressed by the kindness of my mother, but I was still embarrassed and hid myself from everyone. I did, however, clearly hear a conversation between my mother and my teacher about the scar on her face. It turned out that it was I who was to blame. When I was a baby a fire broke out and to save me my mother was hurt in the fire. At that point I came out running with tears in my eyes and hugged her and held her hand tightly for the rest of the day.
