【摘要】类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症(CLIPPERS综合征)是一种对类固醇激素治疗有效的慢性炎性疾病,以脑桥为主要发病部位,部分患者同时累及其他部位,且合并病变部位血管周围淋巴细胞的浸润.因其罕见,故国内外大多以个案报道为主.CLIPPERS综合征主要依靠磁共振增强检查中特有的"椒盐样"强化这一影像学表现,及结合临床其他检查结果进行诊断,并与影像或临床表现和其类似的疾病相鉴别,给予相关激素的支持治疗,可有效缓解临床症状,改善影像学表现.CLIPPERS综合征发现较晚,临床尚未有确定的治愈标准,所以其治疗及预后情况和标准有待进一步研究.%Chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids ( CLIPPERS syndrome) is a chronic inflammatory disease ,with the pons mainly involved ,for which the steroids treatment is effective ,and some patients with other parts involved ,and perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes of the lesion site .As the disease is rare , it is mostly reported as case report at home and abroad .Diagnosis of CLIPPERS syndrome mainly relies on magnetic reso-nance enhancement of unique strengthened "salt-pepper like"imaging findings,combined with clinical diagnosis to other test results.The disease should be differentiated from diseases with similar
imaging or clinical manifestations .With the sup-port of related hormone treatment ,clinical symptoms can be effectively eases ,and the imaging findings can be improved .The CLIPPERS syndrome was later discovered ,and there is no established cure standard so far .Therefore,the treatment,progno-sis and standards of the disease need to be further studied .
