教学流程 Step 1 Warming up 1.Lead to the topic “Birthday” and urge the students to recall many expressions and phrases related to birthday party. 2.Play Happy Birthday . Ask one student to search for one song whose version he or she likes best. The other students sing along with it to create a better atmosphere. Step 2 Review the adverbs of frequency 1.Create different language situations to lead the students to recollect Frequency Adverbs. 2.Send different requirements to Ipads. Ask groups to discuss and make sentences according to different subjects and frequency adverbs. E.g. I sometimes have a party on my birthday.

教师在电子白板的辅助下,基于电子终端来提高课堂教学效果。本模块以“中国 人过生日”为话题,让学生在教师设置的语言情景、电子画面情景来进一步学习频度 副词相关用法,并从语法、词汇、听力三个方面展开,充分的练习了频度副词的用法。 基于本单元中的话题“Birthday”及 would sb like to 的句型开展了不同形式的合作、竞 争、独自学习等活动,让学生获取有效信息,最大限度地实现知识的输入与输出。

Step 3 Listening and reading 1.Send the picture about Daming’s birthday party onto the Ipads and ask the students to describe it. 2.Listen and answer the questions: Group1-3; Group4-6 answer different questions in the Ipads. What do people usually eat at a Chinese birthday party? (Group1-3) Would Betty like to attend Daming’s birthday party?(Group4-6) 3.Role-play reading Read the dialogue in groups and then act it out. After the first group has acted it out, the students choose the best answers.

我校是一所农村校,学校的英语基础一般,孩子们的两极分化现象比较严重,但
学生参与课堂活动的热情还比较高涨。在六年级阶段学生对频度副词已经有了初步的
了解,而且对于 Birthday 的话题也有一定的接触。然而,对于基础差的学生而言,对
于情景中的使用有一定的困难。故此,教师要借助多媒体电子白板、移动终端进行教
学分解教学难度,增加课堂的趣味性和实效性。
