有这些，你轻松搞定老外！
1. 我找那个...谁...：
Hello, may I speak to ...? 我找...
This is ... speaking. 我就是...
This is ... from ... 我是来自... 公司的 ...
2. 职场人士都该会这句：
Is it a good time to call? 方便现在讲电话么？
3. 我刚才给你打没打通：
Hello. I tried to call earlier but I couldn’t get through.
4. 我这会儿忙着呢？该咋说：
I am in the middle of something. Can I call you back later? 我这会正忙着，稍后回给你
I am kind of busy at the moment. Do you mind if I call you back in a few hours? 几小时后
5. 开场寒暄两句：
- How are things with you? 最近咋样？
- Good, good! / Same old same old. Yourself? 挺好！/ 老样子！
- How have you been? 最近咋样？
- Things're good. Thanks! / Busy busy! 还不错！/ 忙啊！
6. 转到正式话题：
So. I am calling to ask / confirm ... 我打电话主要是想问问你.... / 跟你确认...
Well. I am calling in regard to the ... 我打电话是有关...的事儿
Look. I was wondering ... 我想问...
I’m just calling to find out when you will be free next week. 你下周有空么？
7. 没听清你说啥，再重复一遍：
Would you mind repeating that? 再说一遍呗
Could you repeat the part about…? 那个...部分再说一遍吧
8. 没整明白啥意思，再次确认：
Could you elaborate on that, please? 那个再具体一点
Do you mean to say…? 你意思是说...
Could you explain what you mean by…? 你说...是啥意思啊？
9. 喂！喂！信号不好啊！
You are breaking up. 断断续续的（不是分手的意思！）
I am having a bad reception. 信号不好
I am losing every other word of you. 有一个字儿每一个字的！
This is a terrible connection. 信号太差了
There is a delay in the voice. 声音有延迟啊
We are hearing an echo at this end. 有回音
I’m going to call you back in a minute. 我马上给你拨过去
10. 不好意思,刚掉线了,你继续说：
Sorry. It was cut off suddenly. You were saying ...? 突然就断了。

你刚才说啥来着?
It’s OK, I can hear now. Please carry on. 这回好了，你继续！
Hi. Sorry, I went into a tunnel and was cut off. You go ahead. 刚进隧道了，你继续！
11. 等会儿，我整根儿笔记一下：
Hold on a sec. Let me grab a pen. 等我找根儿笔
Hang on. Let me just grab a piece of paper. 等我找张纸儿
12. 我读一遍，你听听对不：
OK, I think I’ve got all of it. Let me just read it back to you. It's ... Is that right?
