研究领域:蛋白质组学
主要从事衰老及其退行性病变的功能蛋白质组学研究。

利用体内外模型通过蛋白质组分析,从线粒体功能损伤、蛋白质翻译后修饰、小分子药物调节后关键蛋白质表达的动态变化、细胞核蛋白质复合物及组蛋白质动态修饰与功能关系揭示衰老及其退行性病变等细胞病变的发病机制,为重大疾病的预诊、干预和治疗提供创新性的理论依据。

2.细胞核蛋白质复合物及组蛋白质动态修饰与功能关系

Research Fields: Proteomics
Our group mainly focuses on brain aging and neurodegenerative diseases by functional proteomics technology. We had built up the cell culture and animal models, sample preparation and separation, as well as high qualified mass spectrometry platform. 2-DE, 2-D LC coupled with MALDI TOF/TOF MS, LTQ Orbitrap MS and FT ICR MS were used to find the proteome expression changes and their modifications. We also utilize affinity-based enrichment and isotope labeling strategy for the qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of protein modification sites. In order to decipher the mechanism underlying brain aging and neurodegenerative diseases, we studied the dynamic changes of mitochondria dysfunction, protein post-translational modification, small molecular regulation, nuclear protein complex and histone modification using models in vivo or in vitro.
