I remember when I was a child, I used to be afraid of my own shadow. Whenever I walked in the sun, I would see this dark figure following me, and it would scare me. I didn't understand that it was just a natural phenomenon caused by the blocking of light by my body. It took me some time to get used to it and not be afraid anymore.
I also remember a time when I was playing with my friends and we were making shadow puppets on the wall. It was so much fun to see the different shapes and figures we could create with just our hands and the light. It made me realize that shadows can be playful and not always something to be afraid of.

小时候我总是害怕自己的影子。

每当我走在阳光下，我就会看
到一个黑色的身影跟着我，这让我感到害怕。

我不明白这只是由于我的身体挡住了光线而产生的自然现象。

我花了一些时间才适应并不再害怕。

我还记得有一次和朋友一起玩，我们在墙上做影子戏。

看到我们只用手和光就能创造出不同的形状和图案，真是太有趣了。

这让我意识到影子可以是有趣的，而不总是让人害怕的东西。
