Most people in the United States speak only one language: English. They do not learn to speak a second language. High schools teach languages. But why?

On 26th January, the biggest earthquake in India took the lives of 25,000 people. In the morning, when everyone was enjoying holidays, earthquake happened. It was about 7.5 on the Richter scale. “There is nothing left between the sky and the earth any more. In the United States, the headmasters and teachers discipline(惩罚) students in several ways. The teacher often writes to or calls the students’ parents.
