异位妊娠中西医结合保守治疗临床疗效分析

【摘要】目的：观察分析甲氨蝶呤（ MTX）配合中药口服保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果，为临床用药提供参考。

方法选取我院2009年1月－2014年1月126例异位妊娠保守治疗的患者，将126例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例。

治疗组给予中药方和甲氨蝶呤联合治疗，对照组单给予甲氨蝶呤治疗。

甲氨喋呤用法0．4 mg· kg－1· d－1，肌注，连续5 d。

结果治愈率治疗组为87．3％，对照组为71．4％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后血β-HCG下降水平、附件包块缩小时间及平均住院天数均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；其中不良反应无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。

结论对异位妊娠患者，甲氨喋呤0．4 mg· kg－1· d－1，肌注，连续5 d，同时服用中药治疗异位妊娠优于单用甲氨蝶吟治疗，疗程明显缩短。

%Objective To observe the clinical effect of methotrexate ( MTX) combined with traditional Chinese medicine in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy and to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods 126 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy hospitalized for conservative treatment from January 2009 to January 2014 were selected.All the cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group(63 cases for each group).The treatment group was given Chinese medicine combined with MTX,while the control group given single MTX.The MTX
dose w as 0.4 mg· kg-1 · d-1 ,in-tramuscular injection,continuous for
5d.Results The treatment outcome was compared between the two groups.The cure rate was 87.3%in the treatment group and 71.4%for the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,bloodβ-HCG declined.Adnexal time and the average hospitalization days of the treatment group were superior to the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction(P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy,the treatment with MTX 0.4 mg· kg-1 · d-1 ,intramuscular injection,con-tinuous 5d,coupled with Chinese medicine is better than the single MTX therapy.The combined mode significantly shortens the course of treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
