that the students can grasp some
nouns and aids about describing
people. The new words in Unit 1.
Read the new words and phrases.
a.We’ll learn the new words in Unit 1 by
asking some questions by me and
answering the questions by the students
in order to learn the new words and
consolidate them.
b.I read them, the students read after me,
then read together and learn them by
themselves for a few minutes.
Warming up: Activity 1 in Unit 1
(Match the words in the box with
the people)
Warming up: Activity 2 (Listen
and check the answer to Activity
1)
Read the instructions with the whole class
Students work in pairs to do it.
Call back suggestions from the pairs in a whole
class situation.
Ask the students to do it, check with their partner
Call back the answers from the whole class.

二:Learning the new points: Activity 4.
(Read the new passage) At first I make sure the students can understand the questions. Then I will ask the students to read Activity 3 as quickly as they can and finish Activity 4.At last call back the answers from the whole class, having one student ask a question and the other answer it.

Ask the students to read through the conversation
by themselves. Then play the conversation and
have them follow. Play the recording, pausing for
the students to repeat chorally and individually.
At the same time we’ll do with the key teaching
points. And find out the sentences with the
Passive voice.
