【摘要】ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in gynecologic surgery.MethodsTook 100 patients with gynecological diseases were treated in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, randomly divided into two groups. The control group used continuous epidural anesthesia, the observation group used the combined spinal epidural anesthesia, compared with the two groups of anesthesia onset time, side effects, block effect, etc.ResultsThe onset time and the dosage of the observation group were less than those of the control group, the number of nerve block and the upper bound of spinal nerve block were higher than that of the control group; The patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the time of T10, T4 and T6 was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05; In control group, the incidence of adjuvant therapy, nausea and vomiting, hypotension were lower than the observation group.ConclusionThe application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in gynecological surgery has the advantages of rapid onset, complete block, muscle relaxation, analgesia, and so on. Meanwhile, it has less side effect and safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨硬-腰联合阻滞麻醉在妇科手术中的应用效果。

方法选取
2014年1月到2015年1月间于我院行手术治疗的100例妇科疾病患者，将其随机均分为两组。

对照组采用连续硬膜外麻醉，观察组采用硬-腰联合阻滞麻醉，比
较两组的麻醉起效时间、不良反应、阻滞效果等。

结果观察组的起效时间和用药量均少于对照组，神经节段阻滞数、脊神经阻滞上界平面大于对照组；观察组患者上升至麻醉平面T10的时间大于对照组，达到T8、T6、T4平面的时间均小于对照组，P＜0.05；对照组辅助用药、恶心呕吐、低血压的发生率均低于观察组。

结论在妇科手术中应用硬-腰联合阻滞麻醉，起效快、阻滞完善、肌松满意、镇痛性好，同时不良反应少、安全性高，值得临床推广。
