My Dream is to Become an Artist

My Dream is to be a Painter
Hiya! My name is Jimmy and I'm 10 years old. I love drawing and painting more than anything in the whole wide world! Ever since I was a tiny little kid, I've been doodling and scribbling away with crayons and pencils. My parents always encouraged my artistic side and never told me to stop making messes with my art supplies.
When I was 5 years old, my grandma gave me a big box of paints and brushes for my birthday. That's when I really fell in love with painting. I can still remember the excitement I felt cracking open those new paints and letting the colors flow onto the paper. Grandma also bought me a child-sized easel to make me feel like a real painter!
From that point on, you could always find me painting away. I'd paint pictures of my family, my pets, stuff I saw out the window, and anything else that inspired me. I painted on canvas, paper, cardboard boxes...pretty much any surface I could get my
hands on! My bedroom walls became my own personal art gallery.

Hi there! My name is Tommy and I'm 10 years old. I LOVE painting more than anything in the whole wide world! When I grow up, I really really want to be a famous painter. Let me tell you all about my big dream!
Ever since I was a tiny little kid, I've always loved drawing and painting. I can't even remember a time when I didn't have a crayon or paintbrush in my little hand. When I was a baby, my parents say I used to crawl around with a crayon in my mouth, scribbling on the walls! Haha, I guess I was just born to be an artist.
My favorite thing is when my mom buys me a brand new box of crayons or paints. I love opening it up and smelling that fresh, crisp crayon smell. I get so excited looking at all the beautiful colors! Whenever I get a new art supply, I can't wait to start creating.
I love painting pictures of all kinds of things - animals, people, nature scenes, you name it! One of my favorite things to paint is my dog Rufus. He has such a cute, fluffy brown face. I've painted Rufus about a million times! My paintings of him aren't perfect, but my parents always hang them on the fridge anyway. Sometimes I'll sneak downstairs at night and just stare at my Rufus paintings on the fridge because I'm so proud of them.

My Dream Is to Become an Artist

My Dream is to Be a Painter
Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm 9 years old. I love drawing and painting more than anything in the whole wide world! When I grow up, I really really want to be a painter. Let me tell you all about my big dream.
Ever since I was a tiny little kid, I've been obsessed with art. My parents say that even before I could talk, I was always scribbling and making messes with crayons and paints. As soon as I was old enough for preschool, art was my favorite class. I loved fingerpaint day the most! Getting messy with all those bright colors was magical.
In kindergarten, I discovered watercolors and fell head over heels in love. Watercolor paints are so delicate and pretty. I started painting pictures of flowers, trees, animals, anything I could see out the windows at school or at home. My teachers and parents were always raving about how talented I was. That just made me want to paint more and more!
Now that I'm in elementary school, I practice my painting skills every single day. I have a little art studio area set up in the corner of my bedroom. An old plastic tablecloth covers my desk so I can make as much of a glorious mess as I want with my
paints and brushes. Whenever I'm not in school or playing outside, you'll find me in my little studio, painting up a storm.

As I've gotten older and more advanced with my skills, I've started branching out into some other painting styles too. A couple months ago, I took a fun art class where I learned all about abstract painting. That's where you just freely splash colors onto the canvas without worrying about making an
accurate picture of something. You just let your creativity and emotions flow through the brush. My abstract pieces are bright, bold, energetic explosions of color!
I'm planning to start experimenting with different painting surfaces too, not just flat canvases. I have my eye on some big funky shaped pieces of wood that I can paint crazy murals and designs on. My Dream is to Become a Painter
I have a big dream! I want to be a painter when I grow up. Painters make beautiful pictures that people love to look at. Their art goes in museums and galleries for everyone to enjoy.
I love drawing and painting so much. Whenever I get new crayons or paints, I get so excited! I can spend hours making colorful pictures of animals, landscapes, people, and anything else I can imagine.
