【摘要】目的：探讨参麦注射液联合丹参注射液治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。

方法选择我院收治的76例心理衰竭患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组。

对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组采用参麦注射液与丹参注射液治疗。

比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后 BOSTON 心力衰竭评分情况。

结果观察组治疗后总有效率89.5％显著高于对照组的总有效率63.2％，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

两组治疗后 LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV 显著优于治疗前，观察组改善效果更明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论参麦注射液联合丹参注射液治疗心力衰竭的临床效果显著，可明显增强心肌收缩力，加强心肌代谢，值得临床推广应
用。

%Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection (SMI) combined with Salvia injection in the treatment of heart failure. Methods A total of 76 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly allocated to the control and observation groups. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group received SMI combined with Salvia injection. The therapeutic effects and the scores of Boston Criteria for heart failure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate after treatment in the observation group (89.5%) was significantly higher than that in the
control group (63.2%) (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, and left ventricular end-systolic volume after treatment were all significantly improved compared with those before treatment in both groups, with a significantly more difference in the observation group (P<0.05). conclusion The combined therapy of SMI and Salvia injection has a marked therapeutic effect in the treatment of heart failure. It greatly enhances the myocardial contractility and increases the myocardial metabolism; thus the clinical application is highly recommended.
