Module 4 Unit 2 This bird can fly.
教学目标：
1.Key words: can can’t
2.Sentences: This can/ can’t .
Can this ? Yes, it can. / No, it can’t.
3.学生能够用can/ can’t来描述小动物的能力。

并且能够用can来提问小动物的能力，并且回答。

重点：This can/ can’t .
难点：Can this ? Yes, it can. / No, it can’t.

教具:录音机，单词卡片，图片，动物头饰，课件
教学手段、方法:任务型教学法，情景教学法，游戏法
教学过程:
Step 1 Warm up
1. Do some actions: run, walk, fly, swim, jump.
2.Do some actions and say the chant:
Run run run. O lei o lei o lei.
Walk walk walk. O lei o lei o lei.
Swim swim swim. O lei o lei o lei.
Fly fly fly. O lei o lei o lei.
Step 2 Leading
1. T show some pictures and say: This boy can . Can you ?
(swim, run, fly, walk, jump, sing, dance等动词)
Ss answer: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.(为引出本节课重点句型This can/can’t .作铺垫。

)
Step 3 Presentation
1. CAI show the picture of the bird.
T ask: What’s this? Ss answer: It’s a bird.
T ask: Can this bird fly? 同时播放课件,引出新句型This bird fly.
出现一张笑脸, 引导学生补充句子：This bird can fly.
教师先教读两遍,再以横排读,竖排读,再齐读的方式让学生巩固操练此句型。

读的时候注意让学生带上动作。

2.播放下一张不能飞的小鸟的幻灯片,教师再问学生: Can this bird fly? 并出现句子: But this bird fly. 让会说的学生站起来补充完句子, But this bird can’t fly.并当小老师教大家说.再以两个一组,男生女生的方式操练句子.
3.幻灯同时出现刚才的两张小鸟的图片,并出现句子: This bird fly. But this bird fly. 让学生试着说给同桌听,然后请几个学生起来说给全班的同学听,这时出现句子中空缺的单词.再全班操练,分组操练.
4. CAI show the pictures of the fish. And show the sentences:
This fish swim. But this fish swim. 让学生说句子,检查了几个学生说的情况后,再全班齐说两遍.再以老师说肯定句，学生说否定句，或者相反，来操练次句型。

5. Listen to the tape and point to the pictures.
Listen to the tape again and repeat, do the actions.
6. Do some exercises: 幻灯出现两幅大象的图片，并出现句子：
This elephant read. But this elephant read.
请几个学生起来补充句子，并说出来。

再全班读。

7. Play a guessing game. 猜猜小动物们能做什么?不能做什么. 先问问小朋友喜欢什么小动物：What animals do you like? 然后幻灯出现许多小动物的画面, 让学生用This can . This can’t .来描述小动物。

先让学生四人一组进行小组讨论。

然后请小朋友起来说，学生说完就点击该小动物,看看谁猜得对。

8. T拿出一张小狗的图片，说：This can dog run. 并让学生站起来一起说：run run run 老师再说其它的句子，如果是正确的，学生就站起来把后面的动作一起说出来，如果是不正确的就坐下去，并且不说单词。

说了两到三个小动物后，T问：Can this dog run? 引出答句:Yes, it can. 并出现答句: Yes, it can. 可以以做手势的形式操练此
答句。

还可以用个别读,小组读,集体读等方式。

教师再问：Can this dog swim? 引出答句: No, it can’t. 以同样的方式操练此答句。

再两个答句一起操练，可以用或让学生抢答。

9.教师拿出一些小动物的图片,让学生来提问: Can this ? 让学生回答。

问了两组后，教师再拿出其它的小动物图片贴在黑板上，让学生找好朋友编自己的对话。

然后请两组学生表演。

10. Play a game. 教师拿出一些小动物的头饰, 问学生谁愿意来扮演这个小动物，发一个笑脸或哭脸给上来表演的小朋友，教师问全班: Can this ? 请其他学生来回答: Yes, it can.或No, it can’t. 再让该学生拿出笑脸或哭脸,看谁猜得对.后面可以让学生来做小老师来提问: Can this ?
11. Learn the song: Can you throw high in the sky? 先让学生听一遍,整体感知歌曲,再逐句跟唱,再教师教唱,最后跟音乐齐唱.

2. Homework: 让小朋友回家和父母或者和同学说说周围的小动物能做什么不能做什么。
