摘要：PURPOSE:To attain a high-speed and rhythmical input of Japanese words by feeding the pronunciation after dividing it into KANJI (Chinese character) and KANA (Japanese syllabary) and retrieving a KANJI conversion dictionary to obtain a KANJI-KANA sentence. CONSTITUTION:When the pronunciation emerges at a keyboard 1, a CPU2 feeds one pronunciation unit. This input is converted into the corresponding character code if a KANJI continuous flag KFLG7 is not set when said input is carred out with the pronunciation unit. This character code is stored in a text memory 8. Then the KANJI pronunciation unit is fed, and the KFLG7 is set. Thus the input is stored at the storage position of a KANJI pronunciation unit buffer KJBF5. Then an index memory in a KANJI conversion dictionary memory 10 corresponding to said input. When a coincident index is detected, an address where an index pointer is detected in a pointer file 6 is replaced. Thus a KANJI -KANA sentence is obtained.
