In my opinion，the phone at present could be used on learning English and other subjects。

Maybe the phone could not do that in the past。

But with the dramatic development on the information technology，it is the mobile phone that play a important role in our daily life and study。

At first，it is the mobile phone which make suffering the internet become more convert and fast。

So the phone can be used as a dictionary no matter where and when you are。

Secondly，so huge storage capabilities the phone have that a lot of books and audio files can be save in it。

We can read the books and listen the audio files at the free time 。

In this way，the learning efficiency could be improved。

In short，the mobile phone，in today’s world，is beneficial for our daily life and learning。

手机不能用来学习
As far as I can see，the mobile phone is unprofitable for our daily life and learning。

Although the phone can get the information more convent，it’s hard to say that the phone is beneficial to our learning。

At first，when we take the phone ，most of us just use it to suffering the internet and chat。

The function on learn almost not be used。

In today’s college ，even the middle school，we can easily find the student who was playing their mobile phone when the teacher was going on his lesion。

So terrible it is。

On the other hand，when we take the phone ，we may not have the time and energy to study。

Because the energy we own have is limit ，if we used it on playing mobile phone ，the remained one can not be enough for our learning。

In a word，if we want to have a good performance on study，the applying of mobile phone must be restricted in school。
