When Jemima was old enough to walk to the shops on her
own,Dad bought her a phone.

Before Jessica met Jeff,her parents looked after her dog Sally when she was at work.Now Jeff often visited the park with Sally.

One Sunday morning,when Jessica was working at the hospital,Uncle Jeff called to pick up the kids and take them for a walk with Sally.The kids all loved Sally.They had many games to play with Sally like get the ball,or find the socks.

So they got into the back of Jeff ’s car.They drove off,and it wasn ’t long before Jessica was texting her friend Cindy.Cindy called back and they started talking.然后他们上了杰夫的车后座。

“Let ’s see how things go,”said Jeff.He parked 6near his house and they walked to the park.It was a fine Sunday afternoon and lots of people were out for a walk.They found a space to play “get the ball ”.Jeff told the kids not to run after Sally,because that made her run away and not come back when she was called.“让我们看看情况如何。
