2 断路器对同时接触被保护电路两线引起的触电危险不能进行保护,使用时请务必注意。
3 断路器进行动作特性试验时,应使用经国家有关部门检测合格的专用测试台,严禁利用相线直接触碰接地装置来测试剩余电流动作特性和相线与相线、相线与中性线之间短接来测试短路保护特性的试验方法。
4 严禁湿手操作断路器,否则可能发生电击事故。
5 漏电报警功能启动时,若检测到漏电故障后只报警不脱扣。
6 断路器负荷侧的N线,只能作为中性线,不得与其他回路共用,且不能重复接地。
注意1 断路器安装场所应无爆炸危险、无腐蚀性气体,并应注意防潮、防尘、防震动。
2 断路器安装位置应避开强电流电线和电磁器件,避免磁场干扰。
3 断路器上"N"接线端子必须接入中性线,以利于电子线路正常工作。
安装时必须严格区分中性线(N)和保护线(PE),经过断路器的中性线不得作为保护线,不得重复接地或接设备外露可导电部分。
保护线不得接入断路器。
4 断路器的漏电、过载、短路、欠过压等保护特性均由制造厂整定,在使用中不可随意调整,以免影响性能。
5 远程控制"分闸、合闸"端子严禁外接电源,只能接入"分"或"合"无源按钮通合信号。
所有的远程控制和信号传输连接线应尽量采用屏蔽电缆线以增强抗干扰能力。
6 本断路器内部虽已经设计有抗雷击措施,但对于雷电频繁、冲击电压过高的雷电高发地区,建议在漏电断路器前端线路加装避雷器保护。

模拟量输出 如果 REM541 和 REM543 电机终端配置了前 述的 RTD/ 模拟量输入模块,该模块同时具有 4 个通用的 0...20mA 模拟电流输出。所有的 输出通道同电源和电机终端的机箱是隔离的, 且通道之间也是隔离的。模拟量输出可以用 作测量或计算信息传到盘表或 PLC 等。
LED 指示灯 电机终端具有 8 个 LED 指示灯,用继电器配置 工具软件可以对这些 LED 进行配置。可以任意 设定 LED 的颜色(绿、黄、红)、 所关联的信 号和常亮 / 常暗状态。并具有三种信号驱动模 式:信号不保持、信号保持常亮和信号保持闪 烁。报警信号可由远方、就地或者通过使用电 机终端的逻辑来复归。

一些特定的开关量输入可以被配置为开关量输 入或脉冲计数输入口。当开关量输入口被配置 为脉冲计数器输入口工作时,输入的脉冲计数 频率范围为 0…100 Hz。
外部接点抖动和振荡过滤 电机终端有两个综合参数用于外部接点输入 抖动过滤。这些设定的参数用于检测所有开 关量是否发生了接点抖动或振荡。如果检测 到接点抖动或振荡,将作为事件记录。

Run the ground connection from the ground screw to the grounding surface prior to connecting devices. Connecting the Power InputsThe ICS supports dual redundant power supplies: Power Supply 1 (PWR1) and Power Supply 2 (PWR2). The connections for PWR1 and PWR2 are located on the rear of the product. Be sure to use a standard power cord with an IEC C13 connector, which is compatible with the AC power inlet.Installing/Removing ICS Switch ModulesIM-G7000A Series modules are designed for installation in ICS switches. Before inserting the module into the slot, first remove the metal cover plate. Push the module along the track and firmly connect the module with the connector. Finally, secure the module by firmly tightening the screws.IM-G7000A Series modules are hot-swappable. Take the following steps to remove modules from the switch:1. Push the HOT SWAP button on the module.2. Wait for the HOT SWAP STATE LED to turn off.3. Loosen the screw(s) and remove the module.Wiring the Relay ContactEach ICS switch has one relay output.FAULT: The relay contact of the 4-pin terminal block connector is used to detect user-configured events. The two wires attached to the faultcontacts form an open circuit when a user-configured event is triggered. If a user-configured event does not occur, the fault circuit remains closed. USB Console ConnectionThe ICS has one USB console port (type B connector) located on the top panel. Devices with firmware V3.2.2 does not provide updates for PAVIRO. IRIS-Net V3.2.2 and V3.2.1 are identical for PAVIRO . IRIS-Net V3.2.1 and V3.2.2 are patch updates which require IRIS-Net V3.2.0 to be installed up front.

The Rx5RW Series are CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high accuracy output voltage and ultra-low supply current developed. Each of these ICs consists of a driver transistor, a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting output volt-age and a current limit circuit.
