摘要
在机械产品的设计和制造过程中,零部件的装配是极为重要的一步。传统的机械设计是在制造出物理样机之后再进行反复的试装配,这使得装配成了限制新产品研发速度的瓶径。本文基于Pro/ENGINEER软件,研究了装配的相关技术,主要工作如下:
(1)对装配仿真的原理做了深入细致的分析,包括装配模型的建立、装配序列规划、装配路径规划、装配过程中的干涉检查、零件库的建立与应用。
(2)提出了在骨架模型中规划装配序列和装配的路径,然后在Pro/Program 的relation下设定干涉条件和仿真程度,对装配模型进行干涉检查,实现装配过程仿真的方法。介绍了装配建模、路径规划和干涉检查的思路。
(3)将零件族信息建模原理和基于族表的零件信息描述方法用于零件库的建立,实现了装配过程中的零部件替换。
(4)结合目前的研究课题“立体停车库升降用液压缸的设计与装配仿真的实现”,利用自顶向下的设计方法,首先利用布局模块完成了液压缸的概念设计,建立了液压缸装配体的层次模型,完成了液压缸各个零件实体的详细设计。规划了装配序列和装配路径,在Pro/E 的原有功能模块下通过程序开发实现了装配仿真和干涉检查的过程。

ABSTRACT
During the course of design and manufacture of mechanic product, Assembly is a very important process. Assembly in the traditional machine design is iterative after the physical models are made. It make the assembly process the bottle neck of the develop rate of new products. Based on the software of Pro/ENGINEER, the thesis studies the technology about assembly, the main works as follows:
(1) The theories and technologies of assembly simulate are analyzed in this thesis. Include basic theory of assembly model set up, layout of assembly sequence, layout of aseembly path, collision detecting, part library etc.
(2) Lodged the method of marking out assembly sequence in assembly skeleton, to implement the simulation of assembly, then set the condition of collision and the degree of simulation, to detect the collision of the assembly model. Introduced the idea of assembly model setting up, path layout and collision detection.
(3)Use the theory of part family and family table based information to set up and manage part library, achieve the part replace during the assembly.
(4)Integrate with the subject of The Design of The Hydraulic cylinder Used for Tridimensional Carport, use the method of TOP-DOWN design ,finish the conceptual design of the cylinder first, then set up the hierarchical model of the cylinder, finish the particular design of every part. Based on the module of Pro/E, use program to implement assembly simulation and collision detection. Use layout module to achieve TOP-DOWN design first, then set up assembly model, layout assembly sequence and assembly path. Use program to implement the assembly simulation and collision detection of the hydraulic cylinder.
