电容分类、识及识读

电容的分类、标识、及识读电容(名词解释):由两个金属极,中间夹有绝缘材料(介质)构成。

由于绝缘材料的不同,所构成的电容器的种类也有所不同。

一、电容的分类1.按结构可分为:1)固定电容、2)可变电容、3)半可变电容(微调电容)2.按介质材料可分为:1)气体介质电容:空气电容2)电解电容:液态电解电容(如铝质电解液电容)、固态电解电容3)无机介质电容:瓷介电容、云母电容、玻璃釉电容4)有机介质电容:聚乙酯电容(Mylar电容)、金属化聚乙酯电容(MKT电容)聚丙烯电容(PP电容)、金属化聚丙烯电容(MKP电容)聚苯乙烯电容(PS电容)、聚碳酸电容、聚酯电容(涤纶电容)3.按极性分为:1)有极性电容、2)无极性电容。

二、电容的主要参数:标称容量、耐压、绝缘电阻、损耗、允许误差、温度系数、频率特性1.电容量的单位及换算关系:1F=103mF、1mF=103μF、1μF=103 nF、1nF=103pF2.耐压单位 V(伏):电容器在电路中能够长期稳定、可靠工作,所承受的最大直流电压。

对于结构、介质、容量相同的器件,耐压越高,体积越大。

无极性电容的耐压值有:63V、100V、160V、250V、400V、600V、1000V等有极性电容的耐压值有:(与无极性电容相比要低)4V、6.3V、10V、16V、25V、35V、50V、63V、80V、100V、220V、400V等。

3.绝缘电阻:电容的是指电容器两极之间的电阻,或称漏电阻。

绝缘电阻的大小决定于电容器介质性能的好坏。

使用电容器时应选绝缘电阻大的。

绝缘电阻越小,漏电越严重,这样会影响电路的正常工作。

4.允许误差:电容器的标称容量与其实际容量之差,再除以标称容量所得的百分数,就是电容器的允许误差。

第四章 CY 系列船用空调一、产品概述格力CY 系列的船用空调机组,是本公司自主研制开发的新型的船用空气处理机组,是一种利用水作为冷源或热源空调装置,在夏季,将室内房间热量释放到室外水中,从而达到制冷的目的;在冬季,可从室外水中吸收热量,供室内房间所需。

它结合了中央空调的舒适、高档和小型窗式空调机的安装方便、灵活等优势。

1、产品特点◆结构紧凑冷凝器采用套管式换热器,并且蒸发器和冷凝器集成于同一个整体,大大节省了机组占用空间,设计紧凑,可直接在船舶的壁橱、座椅下等狭小的空间安装,不影响船舱内外观,与周围环境协调。

◆性能优良采用世界名优压缩机和优质制冷配件,所有的部件均经过科学设计、精密加工,整个系统经严格检验,机组性能优良,运行可靠,持久耐用。

◆能效比高由于机组采用水作为换热源,传热系数高且温度适中,相对于风冷机组来说,减少了压缩机的压缩比和压缩耗功,从而大大提高了机组的能效比。

◆保温材料性能优良机组采用优质保温材料、防潮、不腐烂、不滋生细菌、不产生有害的化学气味,不掉碎屑,同时具有高热阻、隔噪音、避震动等性能。

◆抗腐防锈能力强采用特殊整机喷涂工艺,机组管路整体喷漆,铝翅片采用超强防腐抗锈能力的金色亲水铝箔,套管冷凝器选用优质白铜管,机组风机整体电泳处理,所有这些工艺处理和材料选用,确保机组超强的抗腐防锈能力。

◆运行范围宽在10℃ --40℃进水温度范围,机组均即可制冷也可制热,大大拓宽了机组使用范围同时也使机组使用更加灵活。

◆远距离送风机组采用外转子离心风机,功率大,可实现远距离的风管送风。

◆操作灵活轻便的无线遥控器,使你一切尽在掌握中。

◆使用方便机组结构设计科学,安装、检测、维修、保养极为方便。

◆功能强大控制功能:记忆功能、防冷风功能、测试功能、遥控功能、吹余热功能、工作模式控制、温度控制、故障报警功能。

保护功能:高压保护、蒸发器防高温保护、传感器故障保护、低压保护、蒸发器防冻结保护、压缩机过载保护、通讯故障保护。

瓷片电容的容量标识是这样的:它用三位数字表示,三位数字的前两位数字为标称容量的有效数字,第三位数字表示有效数字后面零的个数,它们的单位都是p F;例如102就是10×100pF其中的100就是指10的2次方在这种表示法中有一个特殊情况,就是当第三位数字用"9"表示时,是用有效数宇乘上10-110的负1次方来表示容量大小;如:229表示标称容量为22x10-1pF=2.2pF101就是100PF还可以表示为0.1nf或0.0001UF102就是1000PF151---150PF---0.15nf---0.00015UF561---560p682---6800PF--6n2----0.0062UF103---10000PF---10n---0.01UF104---100000PF---100n---0.1UF105---1000000PF---1000n---1UF525---5200000PF---5200n---5.2UF一、简介电容既不产生也不消耗能量,是储能元件;在电路里,电容跟电阻一样的常用;常见的电容按制造材料的不同可以分为:瓷价电容、涤纶电容、电解电容、钽电容,还有先进的聚丙希电容等等,它们各有不同的用途;例如,瓷价常用于高频,电解用于电源滤波等;上图举出了一些例子;其中,电解电容有正负之分,其他都没有;电容的容量单位为:法F、微法uf,皮法pf;一般我们不用法做单位,因为它太大了;各单位之间的换算关系为:1F=1000000uf1uf=1000000pf 在使用中,还经常见到单位:nf;1uf=1000nf1nf=1000pf二、电容的容量标识的几种方法1、直接标识:如上图的电解电容,容量47uf,电容耐压25v;2、使用单位nf:如上图的涤纶电容,标称4n7,即4.7nf,转换为pf即为4700pf;还有的例如:10n,即0.01uf;33n,即0.033uf;后面的63是指电容耐压63v.3、数学计数法:如上图瓷介电容,标值104,容量就是:10X10000pf=0.1uf.如果标值473,即为47X1000pf=0.047uf;后面的4、3,都表示10的多少次方;又如:332=33X100pf=3300pf;电容的使用,都应该在指定的耐压下工作;现在的好多质量不高的产品,就因为使用了耐压不足的电容而引起故障常见电容爆裂;电容器耐压值标示方法:电容耐压等极:16V,25V,35V,50V,63V,100V,160V,250V,400V,630V,1000V,1250V,2000V,3000V到更高耐压,实际的电容有的电容器耐压值只写上"1250"不写1250V;下面竖外公司电容器耐压表示识别方法:注:字符代码说明英文字母表示有效数;英文字母前的阿拉伯数字表示数量级;1表示101即10,2表示10即100,3表示10即1000;例:2J222J含意是耐压630V容量2200P精度±5%在如:2G473K含意是耐压400V电容器的容量0.047μf精度±10%.电容量标注象电阻那样有一个规律,通常是10,22,33,47,56,68,82,100进级,就凭这点很容易与耐压值区分开;1名称:聚酯涤纶电容CL符号:电容量:40p--4u额定电压:63--630V主要特点:小体积,大容量,耐热耐湿,稳定性差应用:对稳定性和损耗要求不高的低频电路2名称:聚苯乙烯电容CB符号:电容量:10p--1u额定电压:100V--30KV主要特点:稳定,低损耗,体积较大应用:对稳定性和损耗要求较高的电路3名称:聚丙烯电容CBB符号:电容量:1000p--10u额定电压:63--2000V主要特点:性能与聚苯相似但体积小,稳定性略差应用:代替大部分聚苯或云母电容,用于要求较高的电路4名称:云母电容CY符号:电容量:10p--0;1u额定电压:100V--7kV主要特点:高稳定性,高可靠性,温度系数小应用:高频振荡,脉冲等要求较高的电路5名称:高频瓷介电容CC符号:电容量:1--6800p额定电压:63--500V主要特点:高频损耗小,稳定性好应用:高频电路6名称:低频瓷介电容CT符号:电容量:10p--4;7u额定电压:50V--100V主要特点:体积小,价廉,损耗大,稳定性差应用:要求不高的低频电路7名称:玻璃釉电容CI符号:电容量:10p--0;1u额定电压:63--400V 耐压:二倍额定电压;独石又叫多层瓷介电容,分两种类型,1型性能挺好,但容量小,一般小于0;2U,另一种II型,容量大,但性能一般;独石电容最大的缺点是温度系数很高,做振荡器的稳漂让人受不了,我们做的一个555振荡器,电容刚好在7805旁边,开机后,用示波器看频率,眼看着就慢慢变化,后来换成涤纶电容就好多了.15安规电容是指用于这样的场合,即电容器失效后,不会导致电击,不危及人身安全.安规电容安全等级应用中允许的峰值脉冲电压过电压等级IEC664X1>2.5kV≤4.0kVⅢX2≤2.5kVⅡX3≤1.2kV——16安规电容安全等级绝缘类型额定电压范围Y1双重绝缘或加强绝缘≥250VY2基本绝缘或附加绝缘≥150V≤250VY3基本绝缘或附加绝缘≥150V≤250VY4基本绝缘或附加绝缘<150VY电容的电容量必须受到限制,从而达到控制在额定频率及额定电压作用下,流过它的漏电流的大小和对系统EMC性能影响的目的;GJB151规定Y电容的容量应不大于0.1uF;Y电容除符合相应的电网电压耐压外,还要求这种电容器在电气和机械性能方面有足够的安全余量,避免在极端恶劣环境条件下出现击穿短路现象,Y电容的耐压性能对保护人身安全具有重要意义安规电容的参数选择X电容,聚苯乙烯薄膜乙烯电容,从上面的贴子里也可以看到,聚苯乙烯的耐电压较高,适合EMI电路的高压脉冲吸收作用;2.容量计算:一般两级X电容,前一级用0.47uF,第二基用0.1uF;单级则用0.47uF.目前还没有比较方便的计算方法;电容容量的大小和电源的功率无直接关系①铝电解电容与钽电解电容铝电解电容的容体比较大,串联电阻较大,感抗较大,对温度敏感;它适用于温度变化不大、工作频率不高不高于25kHz的场合,可用于低频滤波;铝电解电容具有极性,安装时必须保证正确的极性,否则有爆炸的危险;与铝电解电容相比,钽电解电容在串联电阻、感抗、对温度的稳定性等方面都有明显的优势;但是,它的工作电压较低;②纸介电容和聚酯薄膜电容其容体比较小,串联电阻小,感抗值较大;它适用于电容量不大、工作频率不高如1MHz以下的场合,可用于低频滤波和旁路;使用管型纸介电容器或聚酯薄膜电容器时,可把其外壳与参考地相连,以使其外壳能起到屏蔽的作用而减少电场耦合的影响;③云母和陶瓷电容其容体比很小,串联电阻小,电感值小,频率/容量特性稳定;它适用于电容量小、工作频率高频率可达500MHz的场合,用于高频滤波、旁路、去耦;但这类电容承受瞬态高压脉冲能力较弱,因此不能将它随便跨接在低阻电源线上,除非是特殊设计的;④聚苯乙烯电容器其串联电阻小,电感值小,电容量相对时间、温度、电压很稳定;它适用于要求频率稳定性高的场合,可用于高频滤波、旁路、去耦;就温漂而言:独石为正温系数+130左右,CBB为负温系数-230,用适当比例并联使用,可使温漂降到很小.就价格而言:钽,铌电容最贵,独石,CBB较便宜,瓷片最低,但有种高频零温漂黑点瓷片稍贵.云母电容Q值较高,也稍贵.电容的型号命名1各国电容器的型号命名很不统一,国产电容器的命名由四部分组成:第一部分:用字母表示名称,电容器为C;第二部分:用字母表示材料;第三部分:用数字表示分类;第四部分:用数字表示序号;2电容的标识方法:1直标法:用字母和数字把型号、规格直接标在外壳上;2文字符号法:用数字、文字符号有规律的组合来表示容量;文字符号表示其电容量的单位:P、N、u、m、F等;和电阻的表示方法相同;标称允许偏差也和电阻的表示方法相同;小于10pF的电容,其允许偏差用字母代替:B——±0.1pF,C——±0.2pF,D——±0.5pF,F——±1pF;3色标法:和电阻的表示方法相同,单位一般为pF;小型电解电容器的耐压也有用色标法的,位置靠近正极引出线的根部,所表示的意义如下表所示:颜色黑棕红橙黄绿蓝紫灰耐压4V6.3V10V16V25V32V40V50V63V4进口电容器的标识方法:进口电容器一般有6项组成;第一项:用字母表示类别:第二项:用两位数字表示其外形、结构、封装方式、引线开始及与轴的关系;第三项:温度补偿型电容器的温度特性,有用字母的,也有用颜色的,其意义如下表所示:序号字母颜色温度系数允许偏差字母颜色温度系数允许偏差1A金+100R黄-2202B灰+30S绿-3303C黑0T蓝-4704G±30U紫-7505H棕-30±60V-10006J±120W-15007K±250X-22008L红-80±500Y-33009M±1000Z-470010N±2500SL+350~-100011P橙-150YN-800~-5800备注:温度系数的单位10e-6/℃;允许偏差是%;第四项:用数字和字母表示耐压,字母代表有效数值,数字代表被乘数的10的幂;第五项:标称容量,用三位数字表示,前两位为有效数值,第三为是10的幂;当有小数时,用R或P表示;普通电容器的单位是pF,电解电容器的单位是uF;第六项:允许偏差;用一个字母表示,意义和国产电容器的相同;也有用色标法的,意义和国产电容器的标志方法相同;3.电容的主要特性参数:1容量与误差:实际电容量和标称电容量允许的最大偏差范围;一般分为3级:I 级±5%,II级±10%,III级±20%;在有些情况下,还有0级,误差为±20%;精密电容器的允许误差较小,而电解电容器的误差较大,它们采用不同的误差等级;常用的电容器其精度等级和电阻器的表示方法相同;用字母表示:D——005级——±0.5%;F——01级——±1%;G——02级——±2%;J——I 环氧树脂浇注料配方Araldite DP-452(相当EX-40环氧树脂)浇注料配方Araldite DP-452固化剂906苄基二甲胺(BDMA)混合将Araldite DP-452加热到100℃,加固化剂906,搅拌,冷却到60℃加入BDMA和充分搅拌。

胶化时间上述配方混合物30克左右,150℃7-8分钟。

自动铺丝技术通过采用细预浸丝进行铺放,不仅克服了纤维缠绕技术架空和连续性的限制,同时也解决了自动铺带需沿着自然路径铺放的限制[1-5]。

目前国内关于自动铺丝成型技术的研究处于起步阶段,且研究内容多集中于装备研究、轨迹规划等,缺少对于铺丝工艺参数的系统研究。

The device uses the Cypress proprietary PLL along with Spread Spectrum and VCXO technology to make it one of the most versatile clock synthesizers in the marketplace. The CY22800 is a field-programmable synthesizer that can be programmed using an easy-to-use programmer dongle, CY36800, with one of many predefined configuration files for fast sample generation of prototype builds. The CY22800 is a reprogrammable device that can be programmed up to 100 times. The latest configurations available for this device are summarized in Table1.Spread Spectrum Clock Generation (SSCG) The CY22800 can generate Spread Spectrum Clocks (SSCG) to reduce EMI found in today’s high-speed digital electronic systems.The device uses proprietary Spread Spectrum Clock (SSC) technology to synthesize and modulate the frequency of the input clock. By modulating the frequency of the clock, the measured EMI at the fundamental and harmonic frequencies is greatly reduced. This reduction in radiated energy can significantly reduce the cost of complying with regulatory agency (EMC) requirements and improve time to market without degrading system performance.The CY22800 uses a preprogrammed configuration of memory arrays to synthesize output frequency and offers eight different spread percentages (refer to Table1 – Code numbers -015 to -022), and an additional option to turn the spread on and off.For the above-mentioned configurations, the modulation frequency varies with the reference frequency as follows:VCXOOne of the key components of the CY22800 device is the VCXO. The VCXO is used to “pull” the reference crystal higher or lower in order to lock the system frequency to an external source. This is ideal for applications where the output frequency needs to track along with an external reference frequency that is constantly shifting.A special pullable crystal must be used in order to have adequate VCXO pull range. Pullable Crystal specifications are included in this data sheet.VCXO ProfileFigure1 shows an example of what a VCXO profile looks like. The analog voltage input is on the X-axis and the PPM range is on the Y-axis. An increase in the VCXO input voltage results in a corresponding increase in the output frequency.
