1总则

1GENERAL

本安装说明用于AWARAWAR电厂1#和2#机组循环水管道以及开式循环水管道内壁外加电流阴极保护系统的安装。

This installation manual is used to instruct how to install the impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system to the circulating water pipes of NO.1 and NO.2 unit in AWAR-AWAR power plant, and to inside of open circulating pipes.

3.1外加电流阴极保护系统介绍

3.1 INTRODUCTION OF IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM

外加电流阴极保护系统用于钢制管道内壁海水侧的防腐,系统设计寿命20年。系统在服役期内正常工作,可以保证管道不因腐蚀问题造成不必要的损失。

The ICCP is used to protect the inside of pipes which touch the seawater. Its lifetime is designed for 20 years. The pipe will not be corroded as long as the ICCP works.

外加电流系统分2个回路,保护回路和测量监控回路。保护回路是恒电位仪将直流电从正极送出,经辅助阳极、海水介质到达管道内壁,汇总在阴极接地回到恒电位仪的负极。

The impressed current includes 2 circuits. One is protection circuit and the other is used for measuring and monitoring. In the protection one, the direct current

(DC) is from the positive pole to the negative pole of the constant potential rectifier. It passes auxiliary anode, seawater and the inside of pipes. Before it reaches the negative pole, all direct currents collect to grounded-cathode.

参比电极和测量接地(海水管道)构成测量回路。参比电极将保护电位送到恒电位仪,使得恒电位仪可以自动工作。

The measurement circuit is from the reference electrode to the ground connection (seawater pipe). The reference electrode gives protective potential back to constant potential rectifier, which will insure the constant potential rectifier works automatically.

3.2外加电流阴极保护系统的组成

3.2 CONSTITUTE OF IMPRESSED CURRENT CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM

外加电流系统包括恒电位仪、辅助阳极、参比电极、接线盒、电缆等其它辅助部件。各部件通过电缆、海水和管道构成保护电流回路和测量检测回路,达到防腐目的。

The system includes constant potential rectifier, auxiliary anodes, reference electrodes, junction boxes, cables and other auxiliary units. All of them are connected by cables, seawater and the pipes to constitute the protection circuit and measurement circuit.

3.2.1恒电位仪

3.2.1 CONSTANT POTENTIAL RECTIFIER

恒电位仪将交流电变为直流电,通过正极送出,通过辅助阳极、海水、管道及电缆回到恒电位仪的负极;通过参比电极反馈的电位值自动工作,确保系统得正常工作。

The constant potential rectifier changes the alternating current (AC) to DC, and then output it. The DC is from the positive pole, and then passes auxiliary electrode, seawater, pipe and cable, and terminally back to the negative pole. Due to the potential feedback by reference electrode, the system will work normally.

本项目采用2种型号的恒电位仪,主厂房内外主循环水进、出水管路和开式循环水管路采用KVL-7型恒电位仪,参数DC24V/50A/40A/20A,三台恒电位仪
