5.因不可抗拒因素（战争、自然灾害、疫情及行政命令等）使本届展会不能如期举行，组委会有权更改展期或展场。If this exhibition can not be held as schedule because of the irresistible factors (war, natural disasters, disease andadministrativeorders, etc.),the organizing committee have the right to change theschedule.
