这种事情每年都有，从报纸到网站，各种版本的排名一个接着一个，但是除了家喻户晓的品牌必须保留自己的席位以外，其他的品牌基本就是交钱买位置，最后的榜单更像是一份收礼清单。

但是尽管大众都有了审美疲劳，大大小小的榜单还是在岁末粉墨登场了。

在成都主流报社从事教育培训板块3年，在成都朗润英语口语国际教育1年，在新东方工作5年，我接触了这个行业的最深处，教过超过10000名学生，和不计其数的家长进行过深入交谈。

基本摸清了成都主要英语机构的整体情况，看到每年让人大跌眼镜的“官方榜单“，一些课程粗糙、管理混乱的小机构堂而皇之地成为”成都市知名教育机构“。

要制定合理的培养模式，就必须先了解小学对英语教师的素质要求。

近年来，随着社会的高速发展，小学对英语教师的素质要求越来越高。

《小学英语新课程标准》在教学思路和教学模式上的改革力度比较大，它对广大英语教师的英语水平，特别是口语水平提出了更高的要求。

为了解目前小学对英语教师的英语口语素质的要求，以及小学英语教师的口语对小学生英语学习的影响，本文采用调查表对佛山市禅城区三所小学的200名学生进行问卷调查，旨在促使小学英语教师意识到提高自身英语口语水平、为学生营造语言习得环境的必要性，同时也希望能为高校制定小学教育英语方向的培养目标提供依据。

1对象和方法1.1对象选择佛山市实验小学、南庄罗南小学、石湾一小三所学校200名学生，其中男女生各50%，三年级40人，占总人数的20%，四年级80人，占总人数的40%，五年级80人，占总人数的40%。

1.2方法采用英语教师的口语素质及其对小学生英语学习的影响调查表进行问卷调查，由学生独立填写，当场收卷，并允许不记姓名。

收表后全部资料使用统计学分析处理。

2统计结果分析2.1学生学习英语的兴趣被调查的200名学生学习英语最少也将近1年，75%的学生喜欢上英语课，25%的学生感觉无所谓，说明了绝大多数的学生对英语有着浓厚的兴趣。

但还有相当一部分学生对英语不感兴趣。

2.1.1学生对英语教师口语的评价70%的学生认为英语教师的口语好,30%的学生认为英语教师的口语一般,其中51%的学生认为自己的英语老师的口语跟磁带录音差不多,因此说明这些班级英语教师的口语不错。

2.1.2英语教师的口语对学生的影响50%的学生模仿英语教师的发音,有38%的学生偶尔模仿,有12%的学生没有模仿;78%的学生的英语口语受英语教师的影响，10%的学生受录音磁带影响，12%的学生受其它影响。
