GeneralSpecifications<<Contents>> <<Index>>EJA110EDifferential Pressure TransmitterGS 01C31B01-01ENThe high performance differential pressure transmitter EJA110E features single crystal silicon resonant sensor and is suitable to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well as liquid level, density andpressure. EJA110E outputs a 4 to 20 mA DC signal corresponding to the measured differential pressure. Its accurate and stable sensor can also measure the static pressure which can be shown on the integral indicator or remotely monitored via BRAIN or HART communications. Other key features include quick response, remote set-up using communications and self-diagnostics. F OUNDATION Fieldbus, PROFIBUS PA and 1 to 5 V DC with HART (Low Power) protocol types are also available. EJA变送器的选型和主要参数EJA变送器的选型和主要参数龙岩市造纸实业公司曾启勤关键词膜盆量程,实际测量量程,BT200,绝对压力零点,零点迁移引言在DCS系统中用压力,差压变送器能实现对压力,压差液位,流量等的自动控制.因此在大规模的造纸厂,压力,差压变送器占具着极其重要的位置.由于DPHARPKIA(DifferentialpressIIrehighaccuracyresonantsensorpressul~transmiUer)在我厂使用量多,在此我想主要就FAA的选型和主要参数设置上谈谈我的一些体会.~,KIA的工作原理由单晶硅谐振式传感器上的两个H形的振动梁分别将差压,压力信号转换为频率信号,送到脉冲计数器,再将两频率之间直接传递到CPU(微处理器)进行数据处理,经D/A 转换器转换为与输入信号相对应的4—20mA1)C的输出信号,并在模拟信号上叠加一个BRAIN/~&amp;RT数字信号进行通讯.(△P周暑每4—20nlADC及数字信号▲j豫端IKIA智能变速器工作原理图二,选型由于EJA型号多,不同型号有不同的安装要求,测量范围等,若型号选择不好,轻则引起浪费,重则无法测量,甚至损坏变送器.因此KIA的造型是个非常重要的问题.下面我将分步骤讨论普通型A的选型问题:第一,首先我们必须明确被测量是压力,差压,液位,绝对压力还是流量.下面从KIA 的应用(即从被测量的角度)列一表格(丧1).第二,选类型:常规安装,直接安装还是隔膜式安装,后,对被测介质具有腐蚀性或会产生沉淀,均应先用隔膜式,具体选择用什么类型的A变送器.在这边值得注意的是,选常规安装时,你应根据自己的安装设计来选择管道连接,安装方式,接线口等.若选隔膜式,则应考虑法兰规格,法兰尺寸,是否带毛细管,毛细管要多长等.第三,根据工艺要求,选择实际测量量程在膜盒量程范围的型号.首先根据被测介质直接进入变送器然后再根据安装环境,测量需要来第四,选择材质,一般无特殊要求就选最具代表性的规格c下面就选型方面举个例子.如图44示密闭容器,要求控制容器中纸浆液位在O.6m左右,最高不超过去时1m,液面上空有一70Kpa左右的真空;容器高2m选一EJA变送器.步骤:(1)被测量为液位,从表l中可知液位变进器的型号有EJA】】O,EJA118N,EJA1l8W, F-3A210A和F-3A220A.(2)选类型:被选介质为纸浆,进人变送器后会产生沉淀,影响测量,所以应选隔膜式. 此为一密闭容器,液面上空是真空度在变化的真空,应选双法兰带毛细管的EJA变送器,把转换部安装位置设计在离容器顶垂直距离3m,水平距离0.5m处,法兰尺寸选3一inch(80mm,DIl80),两法兰均为平膜.因此可选法兰尺寸为3一inch(80mm,DIl8o)毛细管长为4m的EJA118w.(3)要求容器中纸浆液位为06m,所以可选测量量程为100Kpa,下限值为0,上限值为100Kpa.(4)材质选标准规格中最具代表的规格.综上所述,查选型资料可知EJA118w—DMSAIEA—AA04—90DN符合上述要求. 三,主要参数设置E.IA每种型号的使用说明书中都有告诉我们各种参数的设置方法.但由于量程设置与零点调整这两种参数的设置方法较多,概念较容易混洧.在这我就这两种参数的不同设置方法作一翻归纳和总结.1,量程设置首先我们必须区分两个概念:膜盒量程和测量量程.膜盒量程是指EJA变送器可测量的量程范围是不可更改的,如EH118w变送器,HA型的盒量程范围是2.5—100Kp8.测量量程是指用户使用过程中所需的量程,如选型例中100Kpa.这边所说的量程设置是测量量程的设置,测量量程必须在膜盒量程的范围之内.在E.IA变送器中量程设置有如下规则:测量量程:上限值一下限值改变上限值,下限不会跟着变,量程改变.改变下限值,上限值自动同幅度变化,所以量程保持不变.EJA的量程设置有三种方法:(1)在设置菜单页的c:SE1TING参数页中,通过改变c2:LOWRANGE改变量程的上,下限值或改变:HIGHRANGE而改变测量量程.(2)带工程单位的量程改变若你在设置页的D:AUXSETI中的参数项D20:DISPSELECT选择USERSET或USER&amp;%显示,且在D22:DISPUNIT中设置了工程单位,则你若要改变量程或上,下限值就只能通过D2.2:DISPLRV和D23:DISPHRV.改变D22:DISPLRV的值,量程不变,上,下限值改变.改变1723:DISPHR'v"的值,量程和上限值改变,下限值勤不变.(3)实际输入时量程的改变HIO:AUTOLRVH11:AUTOHRV,这种设置方法允许上,下限值根据实际输入值而自动设置.如果上下限值被设定,则(1)法中的c2:LOWRANGE,:HIGHRANGE也同时随着改变.例如,当前测量范围为O一3Mpa45a,若当前实际输入为O.3Mpa,进行如下操作按ENTER键两次,下限值自动变为O.3Mpa,再按键认可,上限值自动同幅改变.变为33Mpa量积范围为03Mpa一3.3Mpa.b,若当前输入为2MPa,进行如下操作按ENTER键两次,上限值自动变为2Mpa,再按F'|键认可,下限值不变,上限值为2Mpa,量程改变为2Mpa,量程范围为OMpa一2Mpa.13,L_-&lt;种量程设置方法应根据具体情况来运用.2,零点调整由于ETA的使用说明书上有零点调整的详细步骤在此我只谈谈存在零点迁移时,零点应如何确定.标准零点:当传感器所受的差压或压力(即输入)为零时,输出也为A昔零,这一点即为标准零点./,,EJA允许零点迁移,即只要在量程范围内,即使输入压力不为零,\,一/,输出也可调为零.根据公式:输出值=(输入值一测量量程低限)/测量量程×100%,可知,标准零点应为输出值等于零,输入小值等于零,测量量程低限值也等于零;而存在零点迁移时,输入值=测量量程低限值不等于零,输出为零,为迁移后的零点.因此,当测量量程的下限值不为零时,零点调整时只有当输入值=测量量程低限值时,才能把输出调为零,否则测量将出错.如图示为EJA差压变送器在我们车间三段通气的一个应用,A管中介质为一100Kpa一100Kpa变化的蒸汽,变送器高压侧导压管有效长度为1m,低压侧与大气通.量程设置时,大家都理所当然地认为下限值为一100Kpa,上限值为100Kpa,因此当变送器输人为零时,输出调为50%,达到调零目的.但当变压器在生产中正式启用后才发现测量值并不能直接反应A管中介质压力.后来我仔细考虑才发现,由于变送器高压侧存在有效长度为lm长46的导压管,因此还存在lOKpa的压力迁移.即当A管中介质压力为一100Kpa时,变送器的实际输入应为一100+lO=90Kpa,而管中介质压力为100Kpa时,变送器的实际输入应为100+l0=l10Kpa,也就是说,量程的上,下限值就分别为110Kpa和一90Kpa,而非100Kpa和一100Kpa.这样,当A管介质为OKpa时,实际输入=0+10=l0Kpa,输出:[10一(一90)]/[110一(一90)]×100%:50%.此时把输出调到505,也就达到调零目的.事实证明这是正确的.从我们车间多年使用EJA变送器的情况看,EJA变送器质量较稳定,查错也较简单(内藏指示有相应的错误代码提示).但值得注意的是,日常维护时,除了定期的排气,排污外,应特别注意检查电气连接的金属软管有无破损,若有破损,应立即更换,预防水从软管破损处进入接线端,造成损坏.应用型号类型量程测量范围(Kpa)L0.5—10差EJAI1OA常规安装Ml一1oo压H5—5oo和V0.14—14Mpa液EJA1l8N凸膜片M2.5一loo位EJAll8w平膜片EJAl18Y一凸一平H25—5o0微差压EJAl2oA常规安装E0.1一l液位开口EJA2l0A平膜片Ml一1oo闭口容器EJA22oA凸膜片H5—5ooLl—l0流量EJAI15内藏孔板M2一looH20—210A0.03—3MpaEJA430A常规安装B0.14—14MpaEJA438W平膜片嵌入A0.06—3Mpa压B0.46—14MpaA0.06—3MpaEJA438N凸膜片远传B0.46—7MpaEJA440A常规安装C5—32Mpa (高压力)D5—50Mpa力A10—2ooB0.1—2MpaEJA530A直接安装C0.5—10MpaD5—50Mpa绝L0.67—10EJA3l0A常规安装M1.3一l30对H0.03—3Mpa压A1O一200EJA5loA直接安装B0.1—2Mpa力C0.5—10MpaD5—50Mpa47。

污泥低温干化机网带对除湿效能影响的实验测试与分析*刘道广(上海同臣环保有限公司,上海200092)【摘要】研究了污泥低温干化机的网带层数与网带铺泥厚度对回风温度、湿度、出水产能及压降的影响,并以此评估出适用于污泥低温干化机网带干化污泥颗粒的最佳工况。

结果表明,在4层网带中(4层a 工况),污泥颗粒在0.60m/s 的网带送风速度下干燥后的出水产能最小为20.7kg/h,相比于2层网带中污泥颗粒在0.90m/s 下干燥后最大的出水产能(19.7kg/h )仍高5.1%,可知4层网带污泥颗粒干燥后的出水产能更多,干燥效果更好。

在网带层数的影响下,4层网带中的出水产能相较于2层网带最大可提升60.1%。

在网带铺泥厚度的影响下,4层网带中的出水产能最大可提升11.3%,2层网带中最大出水产能相较于最小出水产能提升了44.0%。

网带送风速度为0.90m/s 时的出水产能相较于网带送风速度为0.60m/s 时的出水产能最大可提升36.0%。

研究发现网带层数对污泥低温干化机的除湿效能影响最为重要。

(a) Installation•The instrument must be installed by an expert engineer or a skilled personnel. The procedures described about INSTALLATION are not permitted for operators.1. INTRODUCTION•In case of high process temperature, care should be taken not to burn yourself because the surface of body and case reaches a high temperature.•The instrument installed in the process is under pressure. Never loosen the process connector bolts to avoid the dangerous spouting of process fluid.•During draining condensate from the pressure-detector section, take appropriate care to avoid contact with the skin, eyes or body, or inhalation of vapors, if the accumulated process fluid may be toxic or otherwise harmful.•When removing the instrument from hazardous processes, avoid contact with the fluid and the interior of the meter.•All installation shall comply with local installation requirement and local electrical code.(b) Wiring•The instrument must be installed by an expert engineer or a skilled personnel. The procedures described about WIRING are not permitted for operators.•Please confirm that voltages between the power supply and the instrument before connecting the power cables and that the cables are not powered before connecting.(c) Operation•Wait 10 min. after power is turned off, before opening the covers.(d) Maintenance•Please do not carry out except being written to a maintenance descriptions. When these procedures are needed, please contact nearest YOKOGAWA office.•Care should be taken to prevent the build up of drift, dust or other material on the display glass and name plate. In case of its maintenance, soft and dry cloth is used.(e) Explosion Protected Type Instrument •Users of explosion proof instruments should refer first to section 2.9 (Installation of an Explosion Protected Instrument) of this manual.•The use of this instrument is restricted to those who have received appropriate training in the device.•Take care not to create sparks when accessing the instrument or peripheral devices in a hazardous location.(f) Modification•Yokogawa will not be liable for malfunctions or damage resulting from any modification made to this instrument by the customer.1.2 Warranty•The warranty shall cover the period noted on the quotation presented to the purchaser at the time of purchase. Read carefully before using the transmitter.The EJA Series pressure transmitters are thoroughly tested at the factory before shipment. When the transmitter is delivered, visually check them to make sure that no damage occurred during shipment.Also check that all transmitter mounting hardware shown in Figure 2.1 is included. If the transmitter was ordered without the mounting bracket or without the process connector, the transmitter mounting hardware is not included. After checking the transmitter, repack it in the way it was delivered until installation.(Flat type)F0201.EPS Figure 2.1 Transmitter Mounting Hardware2.1Model and SpecificationsCheckThe model name and specifications are indicated on the name plate attached to the case. If the reverse operating mode was ordered (reverse signal), ‘REVERSE’ will be inscribed in field *1; if square root display mode was ordered, ‘SQRT’ is inscribed in field *2; if square root output mode was ordered, ‘SQRT’ is inscribed in field *3.F0202.EPS Figure 2.2 Name Plate Example of TIIS Flameproof Type 2.2UnpackingWhen moving the transmitter to the installation site, keep it in its original packaging. Then, unpack the transmitter there to avoid damage on the way.2.3StorageThe following precautions must be observed when storing the instrument, especially for a long period. (a)Select a storage area which meets the followingconditions:•It is not exposed to rain or water.•It suffers minimum vibration and shock.•It has an ambient temperature and relativehumidity within the following ranges.Ambient temperature:–40 to 85°C without integral indicator–30 to 80°C with integral indicatorRelative humidity:5% to 100% R.H. (at 40°C)Preferred temperature and humidity:approx. 25°C and 65% R.H.(b)When storing the transmitter, repack it as nearly aspossible to the way it was packed when deliveredfrom the factory.(c)If storing a transmitter that has been used, thor-oughly clean the chambers inside the cover flanges, so that no measured fluid remains in it. Also make sure before storing that the pressure-detector andtransmitter section are securely mounted.2.4Selecting the InstallationLocationThe transmitter is designed to withstand severe environmental conditions. However, to ensure stable and accurate operation for years, observe the following precautions when selecting an installation location.2. HANDLING CAUTIONS(a) Ambient TemperatureAvoid locations subject to wide temperaturevariations or a significant temperature gradient. If the location is exposed to radiant heat from plant equipments, provide adequate thermal insulation and/or ventilation.(b) Ambient AtmosphereAvoid installing the transmitter in a corrosiveatmosphere. If the transmitter must be installed in a corrosive atmosphere, there must be adequateventilation as well as measures to prevent intrusion or stagnation of rain water in conduits.(c) Shock and VibrationSelect an installation site suffering minimum shock and vibration (although the transmitter is designed to be relatively resistant to shock and vibration).(d) Installation of Explosion-protected Transmitters Explosion-protected transmitters can be installed in hazardous areas according to the types of gases for which they are certified. See Subsection 2.9 “Instal-lation of Explosion Protected Type Transmitters.”2.5Pressure ConnectionWARNING•Instrument installed in the process is under pressure. Never loosen the process connector bolts to avoid the dangerous spouting of process fluid.•During draining condensate from the pressure-detector section, take appropriate care to avoid contact with the skin, eyes or body, or inhala-tion of vapors, if the accumulated process fluid may be toxic or otherwise harmful.The following precautions must be observed in order to safely operate the transmitter under pressure.(a)Make sure that the four process connector bolts are tightened firmly.(b)Make sure that there are no leaks in the impulse piping.(c)Never apply a pressure higher than the specifiedmaximum working pressure.CAUTIONMaximum working pressure of the model EJA120differential pressure transmitter is 50 kPa {0.5 kgf/cm 2}.Should the pressure exceed 50 kPa {0.5 kgf/ cm 2},it is possible to break the sensor. Proceed with caution when applying pressure.2.6Waterproofing of CableConduit ConnectionsApply a non-hardening sealant to the threads towaterproof the transmitter cable conduit connections.(See Figure 6.4.2a, 6.4.2b and 6.4.2d.)2.7Restrictions on Use of RadioTransceiverIMPORTANTAlthough the transmitter has been designed to resist high frequency electrical noise, if a radio transceiver is used near the transmitter or its external wiring, the transmitter may be affected by high frequency noise pickup. To test for such effects, bring the transceiver in use slowly from a distance of several meters from the transmitter,and observe the measurement loop for noise effects. Thereafter, always use the transceiver outside the area affected by noise.2.8Insulation Resistance andDielectric Strength TestSince the transmitter has undergone insulation resis-tance and dielectric strength tests at the factory before shipment, normally these tests are not required.However, if required, observe the following precau-tions in the test procedures.(a)Do not perform such tests more frequently than is absolutely necessary. Even test voltages that do not cause visible damage to the insulation may degrade the insulation and reduce safety margins.(b)Never apply a voltage exceeding 500 V DC (100 V DC with an internal lightning protector) for the insulation resistance test, nor a voltage exceeding 500 V AC (100 V AC with an internal lightning protector) for the dielectric strength test.(c)Before conducting these tests, disconnect all signal lines from the transmitter terminals. Perform the tests in the following procedure:• Insulation Resistance Test1)Short-circuit the + and – SUPPLY terminals in the terminal box.2)Turn OFF the insulation tester. Then connect the insulation tester plus (+) lead wire to the shorted SUPPLY terminals and the minus (–) leadwire to the grounding terminal.。

EJA系列仪表调校方法EJA系列仪表调校方法说明:本规程适用于EJA110A,EJA118W,EJA210A,EJA430A.一、技术规格1、输入电压:24VDC2、输出电流:4-20mA3、基本误差:EJA110A 0.75%EJA118W 0.2%EJA210A 0.2%EJA430A 0.075%4、绝缘电阻:≥20MΩ。

5、环境温度:EJA110A -40-85℃EJA118W -30-80℃EJA210A -20-80℃EJA430A -40—60℃二、标准条件1、外观:仪表名牌标志各部分完好,零部件无损,紧固件无松动损坏现象,可动部分灵活可靠。

2、校准仪器:24VDC、数字万用表、250Ω电阻、BT200三、标定项目及方法标定项目:位号,压力单位,量程上下限,显示上下限,用户自定义单位,内藏指针显示选择,小流量切除,零点调整。

1、接线图:2仪表设定,使用BT200 对流量计进行参数设定1)开机准备:把BT200连接在回路中,保证回路电阻大于250欧姆。

打开电源,依次按ENTER和F4健进入到菜单页,按F2进入调整菜单页。

2)仪表位号设定:a 在菜单面板中,按∨移动光标至C:SETING(设定)。

b.按ENTER键光标停留在C10:TAG NO(位号)菜单栏目上。

c.继续按ENTER,打开位号设定栏目,进行位号设定。

d.位号设定完毕,按ENTER,设定的位号数据闪烁,再按一下ENTER, 停止闪烁。

e.按F4确认,位号设定完毕,回到参数页。

3)设定压力单位a. 在C:SETING中按∨移动光标至C20;PRESS UNIT(压力单位)b.继续按ENTER,打开压力单位设定栏目,按∨移动光标选择压力单位。

按ENTER,设定的数据闪烁,再按一下ENTER, 停止闪烁。
