PNOZmulti Configurator组态联网pilz安全PLC 1. pilz 安全PLC安装(终端电阻安装正确),供电,以太网连接正常。
2. 打开PNOZmulti Configurator软件,新建项目,出现硬件选择界面。
按照硬件配置选择PNOZm1pETH 模块。
3. 这时候出现多组扩展模块供选择,我们选择继电器输出PNOZ mo4p模块,保存,设置密码(以后进入项目要输入此密码)。
4. 点击Hardware Configuration 旁的User Program 选项卡,编辑用户程序,然后选择Project - Configurate Project Tthernet Connection ,配置网络。
5. 此处为默认IP ,端口,扫描端口等。
我们第一次连接pilz时需要把电脑本地网卡地址改成这个IP段,子网掩码改到入它默认所示。
6. 继续刚才的配置,把IP地址和子网掩码改成我们需要设置成的值,以便下载后生效。
7. 此时在保证电脑本地IP改到169.254.60.x 段, 1)选择默认PLC地址 169.254.60.1 2)点连接PLC 即可。
(如果当前PLC不是新的,已经设置过别的IP地址,可以用 3)扫描一下。
)如图我已经把PLC的IP改成192.168.100.51 ,子网掩码改成255.255.255.0 对比一下设备ID 和硬件上是否一致,防止网络上多台PLC下载错误。
(本地网卡的IP地址必须和PLC当前在一个段,默认就是169.254.60.x ,此处就是192.168.100.x ,当下载程序完成后,PLC的IP 就改成了上文第6条所设置的新值了)8. 连接成功后,就可以下载硬件配置,程序了此处输入PLC的Device ID (硬件上可看到,上文中扫描也可发现)9. 程序下载成功,PLC运行正常后,可以监视程序运行。
10. 本例中,按下急停开关,安全PLC继电器输出控制的多路供电接触器会断开,起到保护作用。

PNOZ 10急停继电器使用说明书使用范围:PNOZ 10急停继电器用于紧急停止,适用于VDE 0113第1部分和EN 60204-1:1992所要求的安全回路。
基本特征:PNOZ 10急停继电器装在P93的外壳中,共计有10种不同的型号适用于交流电,1种适用于直流电。

1. PNOZmulti模块LED故障指示灯通常而言,如果外部电路或者模块内部发生任何故障,PNOZmulti模块左下方的LED 故障指示灯便会常亮或闪烁(见图1)。
排除故障的第一步便是观察主模块及扩展模块上LED 故障指示灯的工作情况,根据不同故障指示灯的状态确认大体错误原因。

PNOZ X3P产品描述平安继电器PNOZ X3P被封装在一个45mm p-99的塑壳里面。
该装置可以接24 (240)VAC/DC.的电源使用。
特点•继电器输出:3对常开触点和一对辅助触点。
Positiveguided型触点。
〔指采用机械方式联接使常开和常闭触点永远不能同时闭合的触点〕•接线连接包括急停按钮、平安门限位开关、复位按钮。
•状态指示灯。
•扩展接触器/继电器的状态监视•晶体管有输出说明装置已备妥。
继电器兼容以下平安标准要求:•电路是含有置自检功能的冗余设计--符合EN 954-1•在自身组件失效的情况下平安功能仍然起作用•平安功能继电器的正确开闭在每个on-off过程中被自动测试•继电器装有一只电子式保险功能描述PNOZX3P为您提供一个平安趋向型的电路切断。
A1、A2接通电源后,power灯点亮;当 s13-s14闭合〔自动复位用法〕或者s33-s34端子接线的复位触点被翻开并再次闭合后〔手动复位用法〕,PNOZ X3P就处于备妥状态。
——输入电路闭合〔例如:急停按钮没有被按下时〕:k1、k2继电器得电吸合并自保----CH1,CH2状态指示灯点亮-----平安触点〔13-14/23-24/33-34〕闭合---辅助触点(41-42)翻开。
——输入电路断开后〔例如:急停按钮按下时〕:k1、k2继电器释放----CH1,CH2状态指示灯熄灭-----平安触点〔13-14/23-24/33-34〕翻开---辅助触点(41-42)闭合。
晶体管输出——果K1、K2吸合,晶体管Y32将导通输出。
当K1、K2失电释放,Y32将关断—状态复位。
操作模式——单通道操作:输入接线按照VDE 0113-1 及 EN 60204-1标准执行,输入电路中无双回路冗余输入。
接地故障将会在急停回路中被检测。
——双通道操作:输入回路中存在冗余重复输入。
急停回路中的接地故障及急停按钮相邻成对触点间的短路故障都将被检测。
