菊芋菊粉纯化工艺研究
菊芋菊粉纯化工艺研究以菊芋块茎为原料,为了能得到纯度较高菊粉,需要对菊芋菊粉粗提液进行纯化处理。
菊芋粗提液中的主要杂质为蛋白质,因此除蛋白是菊粉纯化过程中重要的步骤。
结果表明,菊粉纯化的最佳工艺条件为:石灰乳脱蛋白最佳pH为11.00 ~12.00,蛋白去除率约达84%;磷酸回调最佳pH 为6.00 ~6.50,蛋白去除率为12.53%。
菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus L.),属菊科多年生草本植物,耐寒冷、耐干旱、耐贫瘠、适应性强,产量潜力大,一般亩产菊芋块茎2 000 ~ 4 000 kg。
菊芋中菊粉含量高,占菊芋湿重的15% ~20%[1],占其块茎干重的70%以上[2],是生产菊粉的最为主要的原料。
菊粉又名菊糖(inulin),为白色无定型粉末,熔点约190℃,略有甜味,无臭,热值低,可溶于水,有很好的热稳定性,菊粉溶液的相对pH值较低,易吸湿。
目前,菊芋菊粉的提取多采用热水浸提的方法,得到的粗提液含有大量的果胶、蛋白质等杂质,为了保证菊粉的品质,在生产高浓度菊粉液或固体菊粉之前,必须进行除杂和脱蛋白处理。
国内外有关菊芋中菊粉的纯化工艺已有报道[7],但是在菊芋上的有关这方面研究甚少。
因此本研究以菊芋块茎为原料,从灭多酚氧化酶酶活、除蛋白两方面,对菊粉提取纯化条件进行了系统研究,初步确立了一套较为理想的菊粉提取工艺条件,为该资源的综合利用和开发以及扩大规模进行工业化生产菊粉产品提供了理论依据。

2019世界学术期刊影响力指数(WAJCI)2019年10月28日,在中国期刊协会、中国科学技术期刊编辑学会、中国高校科技期刊研究会、全国高等学校文科学报研究会、《中国学术期刊(光盘版)》电子杂志社有限公司联合召开的“2019中国学术期刊未来论坛”上,中国科学文献计量评价研究中心发布了《世界学术期刊影响力指数WAJCI年报》。
中国科学文献计量评价研究中心基于近8年来期刊评价研究实践,在坚持用引用频次这一文献计量学方法对期刊进行客观评价的基础上,对世界学术期刊评价提出了以下改进方法。
一、统计源期刊遴选方法改进,扩充的中国优秀期刊更好地代表了中国期刊的发展实际水平《世界学术期刊影响力指数WAJCI年报》在国际公认的优秀期刊数据库——科睿唯安的WoS(Web of Science)数据库基础上,采用不低于其收录标准的标准遴选增补中国期刊。
入选的中国期刊其国际影响力指数WAJCI不低于该学科Q4区JCR期刊的均值。
2019版最终采用的统计源期刊共22077种。
涵盖了113个国家和地区,其中WoS数据库统计源期刊21165种,增补中国期刊(特指有国内统一连续出版物CN号,下同)1160种。
该报告统计了国外期刊引用中国期刊的引用频次,也统计了中国期刊引用国外期刊的引用频次,实现了国内国际期刊在同一引文数据库的同台竞技。
打破了过去国际期刊评价与国内期刊评价两套独立系统的壁垒。
二、学科领域划分与国际接轨,专业细化,有利于交叉新兴学科期刊发展《世界学术期刊影响力指数W A J C I年报》2019版按照237个学科领域(其中科技175个、社科62个)对13088种世界范围内传播较广、影响面较大、影响力较强的学术期刊发布了WAJCI指数,其中海外学术期刊11659种、中国期刊1429种,分学科呈现国内外期刊列表,有利于同质等效使用。
三、期刊评价指标综合影响因子和总被引频次,克服单指标评价局限性,体现期刊“既要办好,也要办大”的导向,其评价结果更加接近学者经验认识《世界学术期刊影响力指数W A J C I年报》2019版延续2018年提出的期刊综合评价指标WAJCI算法,并对同学科期刊降序排列,根据数量等分为4个区域。

intercropping between fruit trees and fruit trees is used to curb the occurrence of soil non -grain .This paper summarizes the planting techniques and characteristics of kiwifruit and citrus,analyzes the application and development of intercropping patterns between kiwifruit and citrus,and provides some ideas for the development of more intercroppingplanting patterns.Keywords [1]㊂乡村振兴离不开经济作物的支持,粮食作物经济效益低与农民期望返乡致富增收之间的矛盾,是耕地 非粮化 的根本原因㊂如果简单地对这些 非粮化 产业 一刀切 ,势必会造成农民收入急剧下降,影响乡村振兴战略实施㊂间作种植模式是我国传统农业的精髓,也是现代农业可持续发展的重要调控措施之一,目前已在全球范围内得到广泛应用,其机理是通过对不同生理特性与生长习性的作物搭配,充分利用其种间竞争及互惠关系,形成不同时间与空间生态互补的复合种植模式㊂通过专家学者的研究实践可知,利用适合本地区条件的间作种植模式,能极大地提高农作物单位产量,提升水分与光能的利用率,同时对土壤中的氮㊁磷㊁钾等养分的吸收起到促进作用,可有效控制病虫害,改良土壤中微生物含量并提高其多样性㊂目前,乐山地区经济作物种植普遍,利用果树与果树间作来遏制土壤 非粮化 的措施已经开始受到关注,但针对乐山地区果树间作对土壤质量㊁水果产量的研究缺乏报道㊂本文总结猕猴桃与柑橘的种植技术和特点,分析猕猴桃与柑橘间作模式的应用及发展,为更多间作种植模式的开发提供一定思路㊂1㊀猕猴桃种植技术及特点猕猴桃又称奇异果,其具有丰富的营养,被称为 水果之王 ㊂猕猴桃原产于我国长江流域,果实外形呈椭圆状,外表随着果实成熟由绿褐色变为红褐色,表皮长着浓密的绒毛,果肉呈亮绿色㊂因其品质优良㊁营养丰富㊁口感酸甜,受到了广泛的推广与食用㊂1.1㊀种植地区选择猕猴桃的种植过程需要考虑种植环境的水分㊁空气湿度等环境条件㊂122㊀㊀农机使用与维修2024年第4期猕猴桃耐水性较差,当土壤和空气中的水分过多,会导致猕猴桃枯萎,甚至死亡[2]㊂所以猕猴桃生长环境需保持在70%~80%的相对湿度范围内;年降水量保持在1000mm左右㊂在夏季缺水阶段,还需对猕猴桃进行浇水补充水分,否则猕猴桃的叶片会出现茶褐色,叶片黄化变小最终脱落[3]㊂在温度方面,猕猴桃适合生长在年平均气温15~18.5ħ的地区㊂猕猴桃不适合在土壤黏性过大㊁容易积水或过于贫瘠的地区种植,土壤的酸碱值对猕猴桃的生长影响不大,但在弱酸条件下能够一定程度提高猕猴桃产量,在碱性过大的土壤条件下生长产量会有所下降[4]㊂猕猴桃树龄不同对光照强度的要求也不同,成熟后的猕猴桃树更适合生长在背阴处,但也需要一定时间的光照保证其生长,如果光照时间过长或光照强度过大,猕猴桃容易发生日灼病[5]㊂1.2㊀猕猴桃种植技术1.2.1㊀育种技术对猕猴桃进行品种选择时,应选择大果实的熟猕猴桃进行播种,采后静置6~7h,将果肉碾碎并在水中清洗,将水中筛选出的种子进行晒干,用纱布包裹晒干的种子放入湿润的土壤中,保证猕猴桃的发芽质量和出苗率[6]㊂土壤方面选择肥沃易排水的沙质土壤,满足其种植条件㊂猕猴桃的播种期通常为2 3月,播种密度为6~8g/m2,并在播种层上方覆盖4~5mm的细沙土,浇透水分,促进发芽㊂育种发芽期间在苗床上方搭建遮水棚,防止降水过多[7]㊂1.2.2㊀种植技术猕猴桃园建园时,选择阳光充足㊁排水浇水方便的山地㊂猕猴桃属于藤本类水果,需要搭建架棚来满足猕猴桃爬藤的生长需求㊂采用平顶的架棚时,架高通常在2m左右,架棚上端用钢丝绳十字交叉缠绕,以帮助幼苗上架㊂猕猴桃生长过程中要保持土壤水分处于适合的生长范围,还要保证土壤中有足够的肥力提供养分㊂一般情况下,首次施肥在2 3月,以氮肥为主㊂多模式的种植技术能够提高猕猴桃产量,增加农民收入㊂猕猴桃的收获指标是以果肉中的可溶性固体物含量为标准㊂果肉中的可溶性固体含量达到65%即可采收,一般猕猴桃在种植年的8 9月即可收获,收获时准备好收获工具,轻摘轻放,防止伤果[8]㊂2㊀柑橘种植技术及特点在世界范围内,柑橘是一种常见的经济作物,它是第一大类水果,也是我国较为流行的水果㊂在南方地区种植范围广,是带动经济增长的重要农作物之一[9]㊂柑橘种植是四川 2020年度50个特色优势产业集群 之一,也是四川现代农业产业链中关键的一环㊂目前,四川柑橘种植面积已达3.39ˑ105hm2,总产4.89ˑ106t,排在全国柑橘产业前列,为全面振兴乡村战略奠定坚实的基础[10]㊂在‘成渝现代高效特色农业带建设规划“中,明确提出要大力发展长江上游地区的柑橘产业,推动成渝地区的发展[11]㊂2.1㊀柑橘种植地区选择柑橘种植地区选择主要遵循因地适宜㊂柑橘种植年平均温度在15ħ左右的地区,最低温度不能低于10ħ,柑橘种植地区的年降水量保持在1200mm左右,光照充足,年累计日照时间大于1500h,充足的日照时间更利于柑橘的糖分积累,在pH值为6~6.5的弱酸性土壤中进行种植㊂2.2㊀柑橘种植技术2.2.1㊀育种技术柑橘的产量主要受育种选择影响,选择好的品种,可以增加柑橘对疾病和环境的抵抗能力,从而提高柑橘的产量㊁增加收入㊂选择柑橘育种时,柑橘外形要饱满,品色亮丽㊁品质优良,果肉紧实㊁香味浓郁[12]㊂2.2.2㊀种植技术柑橘苗木需选择病毒处理后的果树苗木,无病毒的苗木能够有效防止柑橘病虫害的发生次数,提高柑橘作物产量㊂柑橘嫁接时,选取苗木上方2mm㊁直径大于8mm㊁主根长度大于20cm处㊂在柑橘栽培上,其主要施肥方式是土壤施肥,其次是叶面施肥,在柑橘根部挖10~40cm深度的施肥沟进行施肥,在柑橘生长期施浅肥,秋后成熟期施深肥㊂随着果树不断生长,施肥位置应随着果树生长而外移㊂对叶面施肥以喷洒方式为主,观察叶片变化,适当施肥,喷洒肥液浓度不易过高,在收获前的20d内禁止喷洒[13-14]㊂柑橘浇水采用滴灌和喷灌的方式,当处于雨季阶段需注意排水,防止柑橘园内的地下水位高于1m[15-16]㊂柑橘收获指标根据用途进行分类,鲜销的柑橘应等果实完全成熟时进行采摘,短期贮藏的柑橘应等果实处于9成熟时进行采摘,长期储藏的柑橘应2024年第4期农机使用与维修123㊀等果实处于8成熟时进行采摘,且不宜在雨雪天气进行采摘作业㊂3㊀猕猴桃柑橘间作模式的应用通过对猕猴桃及柑橘的种植技术与种植特点进行总结可知,猕猴桃属于藤本作物,猕猴桃园的架棚下部空间无法得到充分利用,且猕猴桃的收获季节一般为8月下旬 10月上旬,一年中大多数的时间都是闲置的,这就造成了土地的利用率很低,经济收益难以提高㊂而柑橘属于芸香科小乔木植物,柑橘的种植株距较宽,对土壤的空间性要求较大,收获季节一般为10 12月,收获后只需进行定期施肥和浇水处理即可,收获期较晚,使得土壤的实际利用率也处于较低水平㊂猕猴桃与柑橘的生长环境所需的水分㊁温度㊁光照时间㊁土壤酸碱值和光照强度都高度相似,且两种植物进行常规的施肥,能保证施肥适合作物生长的条件即可,省去一定的施肥作业强度㊂图1㊀猕猴桃与柑橘间作种植猕猴桃与柑橘进行间作种植如图1所示㊂既能保证土壤利用率大幅提高,还能够保证全年的劳动时间分布较平均㊂通过人工牵引与修剪,使得两种作物上下空间共同生长,形成一个整体㊂猕猴桃的牵引藤曼处于一定的斜面状态,架棚下方的柑橘果树形成一堵果树墙,遇到大风等极端天气,能够大幅度减轻或削弱风力等级,提高整个果树园的抗灾能力,构建起天然的防护林㊂同时,猕猴桃与柑橘间作能够极大提高土壤的单位产量,大幅度提升土壤利用率,增加种植园内生物多样性,提高抗灾害能力,一定程度上减轻因市场需求变化导致的单一种植模式冲击,增加农民收入,改善生活品质㊂4㊀总结间作种植模式是未来种植园发展的一个方向㊂通过果树与果树之间的生长特点与种植技术的研究,实现不同作物之间的间作种植,促进种植园内的生态发展㊂应大力发展落实以猕猴桃和柑橘为主体的间作模式,同时研究猕猴桃㊁柑橘与其他农作物的间作模式效果,避免间作种植导致不同作物之间争光照㊁争水肥问题的发生,以期达到提质增效的目的㊂参考文献:[1]㊀仲农平,江娜.一号文件里的"三农"脉动[N Plant Science Journal,2023,41(6):820−834基于国内外期刊论文分析全球猕猴桃研究与应用进展钟彩虹1 *,黄文俊1,赵婷婷1,张吉2,李黎1,李大卫1,张琼1,田华1(1. 中国科学院武汉植物园,武汉 430074; 2. 中国科学院武汉文献情报中心,武汉 430071)摘 要:依据科瑞唯安公司Web of Science 核心合集和中国知网平台(CNKI)期刊数据库,重点对2003 -2022年期间的SCI 和CNKI 核心期刊收录的猕猴桃(Actinidia)研究论文5 320篇,采用文献计量分析方法,从论文发表年限、发表国家或地区分布、学科领域等方面进行统计分析,并对各学科领域的研究进展进行归纳总结。
结果显示,20年内SCI 和CNKI核心期刊文献数量总体呈增长趋势,SCI 论文收录量最多的国家是中国,其次是新西兰、意大利等;CNKI核心期刊收录论文数量最多的机构是西北农林科技大学,其次是中国科学院武汉植物园和江西农业大学。
猕猴桃研究涉及植物科学、园艺学、植物病理学和昆虫学、果品贮藏与加工学、分子生物学、生物化学、药物学、生物信息学等131个学科,很多论文来自跨学科研究。

结果表明:菊花和除虫菊表面同时存在形态各异的头状腺毛和T–形非腺毛两类毛状体。
头状腺毛主要分布在菊花的叶片两面、管状花花冠外表面和舌状花花冠远轴面,子房表面几乎不存在或很少;而除虫菊除舌状花花冠近轴面外,叶片与花序的其它部位均有分布,且以子房部位密度最高。
T–形非腺毛在两者叶片、苞片和花梗表面均有分布,管状花和舌状花表面则没有。
紫外光下菊花和除虫菊叶片的头状腺毛均呈蓝色,但在除虫菊管状花顶部和舌状花远轴面还观测到一些浅绿色的头状腺毛,管状花子房表面的头状腺毛因发育阶段的不同而呈现由红到蓝的变化。
所有T–形非腺毛在紫外光下均呈蓝色,蓝色荧光下呈黄色。
讨论了这些差异与抗虫性之间的关系。

Capitate glandular trichomes and T-shaped non-glandular trichomes were found on both species. The capitate glandular trichomes were distributed on both sides of the leaves,and the corolla of disc florets,but only on the abaxial surface of ray florets of florist’s chrysanthemum. In the case of pyrethrum they were also found on both sides of leaf surfaces and disc floret corollas,and in this case on the opposite adaxial surface of ray florets. The highest density of capitate glandular trichomes was detected on the surface of ovaries of pyrethrum. Remarkably they were few or not observed on chrysanthemum ovaries. Under UV light capitate glandular trichomes were blue on leaves of both species,but on the disc and ray florets of pyrethrum a few green ones were observed. The fluorescence color of the capitate glandular trichomes on the ovaries changed from red to blue with the development of the pyrethrum flower. By contrast,the T-shaped non-glandular trichomes were yellow under blue fluorescence of both species,and it appeared blue under UV light.
