摘要

本设计是对至邓州段山岭重丘区一级公路K0+000~K2+800标段进行施工图设计。设计道路全长2800米,设计速度为80km/h,双向四车道。设计的容包括平面线设计、纵断面设计、横断面设计、路基及挡土墙设计、路基路面防排水设计、桥涵设计、路面材料选择配合比设计及结构层厚度的拟定与验算。平面设计设一个平曲线,纵断面设计设一个竖曲线。路基宽度为24.5m,最大超高6%。路基路面排水设施有边沟、截水沟、排水沟、桥涵等。桥梁与路基同宽,采用装配式预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥。设有涵洞两座,分别为钢筋混凝土箱通和钢筋混凝土圆管涵。路面设计容包括路面类型的确定和结构厚度设计,本设计路面采用沥青混凝土路面,设计路面结构为5层依次是4cm细粒式沥青混凝土、6cm中粒式沥青混凝土、8cm粗粒式沥青混凝土、20cm水泥石灰稳定碎石、20cm石灰粉煤灰碎石。设计后期用路面结构设计软件验算拟定结构层厚度是否满足要求。用纬地道路软件进行平、纵、横三维设计生成相应图表。

Abstract

The main task of the design is the construction design of Nanyang to Dengzhou section of mountainous and hilly highway K0, +000 to +800 tenders the K2. With its design speed of 80km / h and two-way four-lane , The length of this road is 2800 m . The design includes plane design, vertical section design, cross section design, roadbed and retaining wall design, subgrade and pavement selection mix formulation and checking design and structure layer thickness of the waterproof and drainage design, culvert design, pavement materials. Graphic design with a flat curve, longitudinal section design with a vertical curve. Subgrade width of 24.5m, maximum superelevation 6%. Subgrade and pavement drainage facilities in a ditch, ditches, drains, and so on. The bridge and roadbed width, using prefabricated prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge. Pavement design includes determining thickness and structure design of pavement type, the design of pavement with asphalt concrete pavement, pavement structure design of 5 layers are fine 4cm asphalt concrete, 6cm medium-grained asphalt concrete, 8cm coarse asphalt concrete, cement stabilized gravel, 20cm 20cm of lime flyash gravel. The design of the pavement structure design software checking out the structural layer thickness meets the requirements. Flat, vertical, horizontal three-dimensional design generates the corresponding chart of hintsoftroad software.
