摘 要: 近年来ꎬ 随着气候变化和人类活动影响的深入ꎬ 旱涝急转事件发生的频率、 强度和影响范围
日渐增大ꎬ 已经给许多流域及地区的生产、 生活和生态带来巨大的损失ꎮ 本文梳理了目前已有的关于
