Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of two different interval training modalities on

Results: After 3 weeks, S group Pmax, V O2max, V O2max /kg, V E, HRmax, SV were significantly improved (P<0.05), the H group only V O2max /kg had significant improvement (P<0.05). The index increment (驻) of S group was significantly higher than that in Group H and Group C, the S group 驻V E, 驻HRmax, 驻V O2max and 驻V O2max /kg showed significant difference compared with Group H (P<0.05). and the S group compared with Group C, V O2max showed extremely significant difference (P<0.01), V O2max/kg, 驻V Eand 驻HRmax all showed significant differences (P<0.05). The 驻Pmax, V O2max/kg and 驻V E of H were slightly larger than Group C, but not statistically significant (P >0.05). There was a significant decrease in HRmean and BLA end in group S, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05), and the HRmean and BLA end in Group H decreased, but there was no statistically significant (P>0.05). In the same stage before and after training, s group HRmean and BlA end were significantly higher than Group H, and showed very significant difference (P<0.01). 为对照组,进行传统耐力性训练;训练持续 3 周,S 组和 H 组共进行 SIT 和 HIIT 训练 6 次。采用训练后
即刻血乳酸(BLA end)和训练过程平均心率(HRmean)监控训练负荷强度;训练前后进行递增负荷测试,测 试指标包括最大有氧输出功率(Pmax)、最大摄氧量绝对值(V O2max)、最大摄氧量相对值(V O2max/kg)、每分 通气量(V E)和最大心率(HRmax),并通过公式计算每搏输出量(SV)。结果:1)3 周训练后,S 组运动员 Pmax、V O2max、V O2max/kg、V E、HRmax、SV 均显著提高(P<0.05);H 组仅有 V O2max/kg 有显著性提高(P<0.05);C 组各项指标无明显变化。2)S 组各项指标增量(驻)明显高于 H 组和 C 组。S 组 驻VE、驻HRmax、驻V O2max、 驻V O2max/kg 较 H 组呈显著性差异 (P<0.05)。S 组与 C 组比较,V O2max 呈现极其显著性差异 (P<0.01), V O2max/kg、驻V E、驻HRmax 均呈现显著性差异(P<0.05)。3)3 周训练后,S 组 HRmean 与 BLA end 均明显下降,且 呈现显著性差异(P<0.05)。训练前后相同阶段 S 组 HRmean 与 BLA end 均显著高于 H 组,且存在非常显著 性差异(P<0.01)。结论:相比 HIIT 结合耐力训练和传统耐力训练,3 周 SIT 结合耐力训练的训练计划
