Specification Sheet SS-CP-2280-USFeaturesDesigned for people who perform tests and verifications of temperature sensing devices in the field. This instrument is ideal when time is a criti-cal factor and the highest accuracy is not a critical factor.Reduced size and weight are important considerations because the unit is able to fit into a tool box or instrument carrying case and can be used for sensors that are difficult to access.One-key-one-function user interface provides immediate access to set-ting the temperature and the auto-step timesaving function. There is no need for manipulation of sophisticated menus. The Stability indicator provides audible and visual prompts when the temperature is stable. This function also includes a 3 minute countdown before the stable condition.Stainless steel and rubber side panels make the instrument suitable for many years of faithful duty in an industrial environment.W i t hC a l i b r at o r E T C -400 Rf o r i n f r a r e dt h e r m o m e t e r sin cl u d i n g I R -L AB s o f t w ar e .PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONHeats up by up to 100°C / 212°F per minute and completes a full dual-point test in less than 10 min-utes, including stability time; timesavings at your fingertips! The ETC- series is designed for field testing of temperature measure-ment devices. The small size and light weight make it a perfect instrument to verify sensors in difficult to reach places. All JOFRA ETC units have many of the same useful and timesaving features offered in the more advanced JOFRA dry-block series.Model ETC-seriesEasy Temperature CalibratorETC-400 R for infrared thermometersThe ETC-400 R is designed for optimum speed in connec-tion with calibration of infrared thermometers. The 36 mm target provides the optimum size for reliable calibrationof infrared thermometers in the process industry as it is designed for high accuracy and long-term stability while maintaining speed. With regard to the coating of the target it has been espe-cially designed for space technology applications, which secure long time performance under high temperature influence. In combination with the shape of the target it ensures the emissivity of 0.96.If higher accuracy is required, and for recalibration, a 3 mm external JOFRA STS reference probe can be placed under the surface of the target.Find ordering information for the STS-103 B reference sensor at page 7.Super fast heating - ETC-400 A dry-blockThe ETC-400 A is designed for optimum speed. The heat-ing block is built around a highly efficient heating element. The insertion holes for the temperature device undertest are located around this element. To reduce mass and increase effectiveness, there is no removable inser-tion tube; the holes are drilled directly into the block. The minimal mass offers an extremely fast heating and cooling time. The different layouts also make it possible to use an external JOFRA STS reference probe during the calibra-tion. Choose the combination of holes that best suits your needs from our various design combinations. If your application requires a dry-block that can handle large sensors or more than one sensor at a time, we offer several other JOFRA dry-block calibrators that can meet your needs.Cooling and heating - ETC-125 A dry-blockThe ETC-125 A is a simple yet effective tool for verify-ing temperature instruments that also require references below ambient temperatures: e.g. air-conditioning and cold counters. The predrilled holes allow the use of an insertion tube in the largest bore. This increases the flex-ibility to match many sensor-under-test sizes.Easy-to-use, intuitive operationAll instrument controls are accessed directly from the front panel. The main functions on the ETC series are designed with one-key-one-function logic. This means that there are no difficult multiple keystrokes to remember to access pri-mary functions. The easy-to-read, backlit display features dedicated icons, which help in identifying instrument con-ditions and operational steps.Set temperatureThe ’’Up’’ and ’’Down’’ arrow keys allow the user to set the exact temperature desired with a resolution of 0.1°C or °F.Instrument setupsThe ETC-series stores the complete instrument setup, including: engineering units, stability criteria, resolution, auto-step settings, and maximum temperature.Stability indicatorThe bold checkmark on the display indicates that the calibrator has reached the desired set temperature and is stable. The operator may change the stability criteria and establish a greater level of confidence in the calibration results as desired. A convenient countdown timer is acti-vated three minutes before the unit reaches stability. Thisprompts you to be prepared to record results.JOFRA IR-LAB software for the ETC-400 RAs an extra feature the ETC-400 R will be delivered with a small mathematical program, which will constitute a powerful tool together with the calibrator. The program enables you to calculate at which temperatures you need to calibrate, if your IR thermometer is either locked to a fixed emission factor or if you just want to calibrate your thermometer at a certain emission factor. The program fa-cilitates the whole issue of correcting settings of emission factors and temperatures. The calibration surface of the JOFRA ETC-400 R IR calibrator has an emission factor of 0,96. If your IR-ther-mometer is using a different emission factor than 0.96, the result will be a faulty temperature reading on your IR thermometer. However if your IR thermometer is using an emission factor of 0.95 or 0.98 – a helpfull diagram is part of the standard delivery.Example: Your thermometer is locked to an emission factor of 0,98 and you have set the JOFRA ETC-400 R to 300°C. The diagram indicates that 3,9°C must be subtracted from the calibrator temperature, to obtain the “true” IR thermometer reading (296,1°C).If you are working with IR thermometers where the emis-sion factor is different than 0.95, 0.96 or 0.98, or other parameters differ from “standard”, use the PC program JOFRA IR-Lab. The JOFRA IR-Lab program allows you to type in various emission factors, in order to get a “true” temperature readout on your thermometer or the other way around - what is the true surface temperature of the calibrator. But the IR-Lab will do more than that; it allows you to calculate “true” temperatures in simulated sur-roundings that approximate your actual test environments.Calibration of up to 24 sensors with JOFRA ASMUsing the JOFRA ETC series together with the ASMAdvanced Signal Multi-scanner offers a great time-saving automatic solution to calibrate multiple temperature sen-sors at the same time. The ASM series is an eight channel scanner controlled by JOFRACAL software on a PC. Up to 3 ASM units can be stacked to calibrate up to 24 sensors at the same time. It can handle signals from 2-, 3- and 4 wire RTD’s, TC’s, transmitters, thermisters, temperature switches and volt-age.Please also see more in specification sheet SS-CP-2360, which can be found at www.jofra.comAuto-steppingThis feature saves time. The operator may stay in the con-trol room, or another remote location, monitoring the out-put from the sensor-under-test while the ETC- series cali-brator is placed in the process and automatically changes the temperature using a programmed step value and rate. Up to 9 different temperature steps may be programmed, including the hold time for each step. This feature is also ideal for burning-in new sensors prior to installation; this minimizes initial drift and allows for initial testing. It is also useful for testing temperature data loggers.Maximum temperatureFrom the setup menu, you can select a lower maximum tem-perature limit for the calibrator. This function prevents damage to the sensor-under-test caused by the application of exces-sive temperatures.Re-calibration/adjustments made easyThe ETC- series has a very easy and straightforward pro-cedure for re-calibration/adjustment. There is no need for a screwdriver or PC software. The only thing you need is a reliable reference thermometer. Place the probe in thecalibrator and follow the instructions on the display.Use the ETC calibrator with JOFRACAL calibration software122832 Cleaning Brushes - 4 mm - Package of 3 pcs 60F174 Cleaning Brushes - 6 mm - Package of 3 pcs 122822 Cleaning Brushes - 8 mm - Package of 3 pcs 125002 Edgeport Converter with 4 pcs of RS232 ports 124094Carrying Case for ETC Series1) The ETC-400 R is delivered with a carrying case as standard because it is important to keep dust away from the surface of the target on the ETC-400 R. The reason being that a clean surface is important to keep the emissivity and thereby the accuracy. The main requirement of a reference probe is stability. This means minimal drift as a function of operating time at the actual temperature. The less the probe drifts, the lower the measurement uncertainty.Especially for the ETC-400 R calibrator JOFRA hasdesigned a special 3 mm STS reference sensor, the STS-103 B. The sensor can be used as a reference sensor when a higher accuracy is required or for recalibration of the ETC-400 R. Due to the small immersion depth require-ment of the sensor it can be placed under the surface of the target.Temperature rangeAll probes ..................................-50 to 400°C / -58 to 752°F AccuracyHysteresis 1) @0°C / 32°F ..............................0.01°C / 0.02°F Long term stability 2) @0°C / 32°F .....typ. 0.014°C / 0.025°F Repeatability 1) ........................................0.005°C / 0.009°FNote 1: When used in the range -45 to 400°C / -49 to 752°F. TranslateNow产品说明书

Benefits→ End user translationsThis enables a better user experience, service experience and more precise communication between stakeholders. → Back end translationsThis functionality removes the language barriers and increases efficiency, pace of service delivery and improves service quality.→ Platform translation assistantThe translation assistant helps to reduce the manual effort needed in translating the system.→ Translation for 3rd partyThe Translation for 3rd party module exposes the translation capabili-ties to vendors or collaboration partners to break down interlinguistic barriers.→ Security translation logTranslateNow breaks with the existing non-logging paradigm ofbrowser based translations and offers a full security log of all informa-tion exchanged via TranslateNow. The translation log can also be used for future training of machine learning capabilities and insight to user behavior.→ Administration and reportingThe administration module provides easy access to a user-friendly set up. The buildt-in reporting functionality enables the usage insight, which provides administrators the ability to monitor usage and user behavior along with intelligence about user interaction, which can be utilized for further improvement of the user interface.TranslateNow suite is a set of translation applications for ServiceNow. It provides a range of modules to support interlinguistic stakeholder interaction and usage of the system. TranslateNow utilizes the cutting-edge machine learning capabili-ties to provide a state of the art user experience.Translate NowInterlinguistic applica-tions for ServiceNowContactFUJITSU ServiceNowAddress: Karenslyst allé 2, 0278 Oslo, Norway Phone: +47 23292300E-mail:**********************.com Website: /servicenow 05-2018© Copyright 2018 Fujitsu, the Fujitsu logo, [other Fujit-su trademarks /registered trademarks] are trademarks or registered trademarks of Fujitsu Limited in Japan andModulesEnd user translationTranslateNow provides a front-end interface where the end users are assisted by TranslateNow in communicating with the service providers. In the communication on service tickets, the end user can translate all communication coming from the support office and TranslateNow makes it possible for them to answer in their own language.Back end translationThe TranslateNow backend translation assists the backend user in fast and accurate understanding of existing text in free text fields and allows the user to write in his/her own language, translate and then paste in the translated version. The TranslateNow back endtranslation is a core platform functionality, which can be applied across all forms in ServiceNow.Platform Translation assistantPlatform translation assistant is aiding the ServiceNow administrator in translating the platform. It utilizes the TranslateNow translation engine, with integration to an external translation service and then adds an additional quality filter. The quality filter works by translating from several languages into the same target language and the correlate how many times the same translation occurred. The one with the most occurrences must be the right one. This helps the translation to be even more accurate. ServiceNow holds many stand-alone words and the translation engine becomes more accurate when a word is seen in a context. The platform translation assistant is not a fully accurate translation but is to be considered a supporting tool for minimizing the manual translation effort.Translation for 3rd partyThe Translation for 3rd party module is a plugin to existing process in-tegrations. The translations are automatically included in the integra-tion to e.g. a vendor or collaboration partner through an extension of the API integration.Security translation logTranslateNow provides a full log of all translations executed by the system. This enables both the security and future qualityimprovement aspects an insight to the usage of the modules. The translation log is exposed to the administrators. As information security is of vital inter-est t’o all companies, it is of vital importance to control, audit and be able to backtrack all information, which has been sent to external par-ties. This log contains date and time, information sent and received and to who it has been initiated. By logging all usage of Translate-Now, it allows the company future training of translation engines in company specific linguistics and deriving hidden intelligence from translation and usage pattern.other countries. Any liability that the data and illustrations are complete, actual or correct is excluded. The administrators can thereby set up and adjust the reach of TranslateNow on the ServiceNow platform on an ongoing basis, and adhere the user needs. The administration interface also provides shortcuts to all technical rules and scripts utilized by TranslateNow. All this is presented in the administration menu application as a set of re-ports for the administrator.Machine learning algorithmsThe translation algorithms from both external translation services have core traits, which makes it suitable for the TranslateNow use cases:1.It is a learning machine, which means the quality of translationsimproves without changing the TranslateNow modules2.It utilizes semantic translation instead of classical dictionary look-up, which would improve translation quality of sentences3.(For Google) The semantic translation resulted Google Translatecreating an interlingua. The translation works by doing a seman-tic translation from original language to the interlingua, where the meaning of the word/sentence is coded. It translates from the interlingua to the target language. By having the interlingua as a middle station, it enables translation between languages where there has never been a translation before.TranslateNow comes with a user friendly administration interface, which enables the administrator easily to apply the translation service to the entire platform.TranslateNow supports integration to several translations servicessuch as Google Translate and Microsoft Translator Hub.。

DaVinci HeatSmart 热交换器说明书

Compatibility NotesThis kit with any DaVinci or Maestro fireplace with TouchSmart™ controls.OverviewThe heat exchanger is designed to circulate room air through the fireplace to extract heat from the exhaust stream and deliver that heat back into the room. The heat exchanger is installed in line with the venting and air from a blower is routed through the exchanger and back into the room through a register.Install the heat exchanger when venting the appliance. Make sure all work on ducts is complete and sealed before installing drywall.Packing List∙Heat Exchanger Vent section∙Blower Assembly with Strain Relief∙ Blower Grill∙(4) #8 x 1” screws (to secure the blower grill)∙Heat Exchanger Lead (2-wire Molex)∙Register Boot - 6” Dia. to 6” x 12” (153mm Dia. to 153mm x 305mm)∙Output Register (12” x 6”) (305mm x 153mm)∙33’ (10.06M) of 6” (153mm) Diameter Duct (U.L. 181)∙10” starter collar (for use with inline 180 fan only)∙(12) Tek screws∙ (5) wire nutsCategory 2 - Heat Exchanger Location∙For category 2 fireplaces with (2) flues, the heat exchanger is always located on the primary module (near the exhaust).NOTE: For maximum performance, we recommend wrapping the flex duct downstream from the heat exchanger infoil-backed fiberglass insulation capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 250° F. Consult your local codes and the authority having jurisdiction for insulation listing requirements or other requirements.Additional Options∙Remote Blower Intake Grill, SKU # 94400131 (allows for intake box to be concealed & air to be drawn from a register)Installation WarningsWARNING : This kit must be installed as specified in these instructions. Do not modify any component.WARNING: Use of any external blower other than the blower included with this kit will void the warranty andlisting of this appliance and may create a fire hazard.WARNING:Disconnect power to the fireplace (turn the service breaker off) before conducting the installation.Enable power to the fireplace only after the installation is verified.NOTE : This kit must be installed by a qualified service technician.NOTE : Some building codes may require the use of firestop spacers whenever the duct passes from room toroom.Heat Exchanger DimensionsFireplace Heat Exchanger Requirements∙The further the heat exchanger is from the flue collar of the appliance, the less heat that can be reclaimed from the exhaust. For the most effective heat exchange, the heat exchanger should be installed directly on the flue starter collar (or on top of the vent “t” section if it is installed on a 2-flue fireplace) however, the exchanger may be installed anywhere along the vent run (must be installed before the inline exhaust fan, if used).∙ The heat exchanger fan must be ducted to the lower of the two side collars on the heat exchanger.∙The inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger must be in the same airspace (cannot be installed in separate rooms that can be isolated by a door).∙ All connections to and from the heat exchanger (vent and duct) must be sealed with aluminum (U.L. 181A-P) tape.Heat Exchanger ClearancesVertical Install∙Minimum 3/4” (19mm) clearance is requiredto the heat exchanger.∙The duct (and its connection to the heat exchanger) has aminimum 1/2” (13mm) clearance for the first 5 feet after the heat exchanger. After the first 5’ the clearance can be reduced to 0” (0mm).V e r t i c a l I n s t a l lHorizontal Install∙Minimum 6” (153mm) clearance is required to the bottom of the heat exchanger.∙Minimum 2-3/4” (70mm)clearance is required to the sides of the heat exchanger∙Minimum 8-1/2” (216mm)clearance is required to the top of the heat exchanger.∙The duct (and its connection to the heat exchanger) has aminimum 1/2” (13mm) clearance.H o r i z o n t a l I n s t a l lDuct InstallationMaximum Duct Length ∙The maximum duct length is 75’ (22.9M) (inlet and outlet combined length).Using an Inline Power VentIf using an inline power vent fan in conjunction with the heat exchanger, you must use the Inline 180. The collar on the inline fan is 8” and the heat exchanger is 10”. A 10” starter is included with this kit to adapt the fan to the heat exchanger.∙ Locate the (4) screws around the intake of the fan and remove them using a 1/4” nut driver∙Place the 10” collar over the existing 8” collar and secure using the screws∙ Secure the 8” pipe to the outlet of the blower with self-tapping screws.∙ Seal the pipe to the outlet of the inline blower with 600° rated silicone caulk.∙ All pipe between the heat exchanger and the inline fan must be 10” diameter.∙ All pipe between the inline fan and the termination must be 8” diameter.∙ Install the heat exchanger directly on the flue collar of the fireplace.∙The inline fan can be installed directly on top of the heat exchanger. Support as needed.Duct Routing Array∙The duct has a 1/2” (12.7mm)minimum clearance to combustiblesfor the first 5’ (1.52m) from the heatexchanger. After the first 5’ (1.52m)the duct has 0” clearance tocombustibles.∙The duct must maintain a minimum1” (26mm) clearance to the fireplaceB-Vent exhaust.∙Do not route duct in external areas orareas subject to severe cold or heat.∙The duct inlet and outlet must beplaced within thehousehold/structure. Do not pull airfrom outside the household/structure.∙The included duct is listed to U.L.181. If using an alternative duct, make sure it complies with U.L. 181.∙Secure all flex connections with threeself-tapping screws and seal withaluminum (U.L. 181A-P) tapeBlower Box Placement∙The blower box has a removable grill that allows access to the blower. The blower box must beplaced so it may be accessed at a later time.∙The blower box must only be placed on the standoff legs (the grill cannot be facing upward or downward. Do not place the blower box on its side (power inlet on the side with the grill on itsside).Wiring InstructionsWARNING: All wiring should be done by a qualified electrician and shall be in compliance with local codes and with the current National Electric Code ANSI/NFPA 70 (in the U.S.), orwith the current CSC22.1 Canadian Electric Code (in Canada).Wiring DiagramBlower Box WiringWiring on the Fireplace Junction Box∙See the manual for details on accessing the junction box.∙Route the power from the heat exchanger blower to the connector on the fireplace as shown below.NOTE: The ground wire from the blower should be connected to the ground wire from the power in.Operating Instructions∙The person operating the fireplace must turn the blower on and off manually using the fireplace TouchSmart™ controller. If the blower is left on and the fireplace is turned off, the heatexchanger will turn off as well and will come back on at the last setting when the fireplace is turned back on.∙Use the touch screen to control the blower speed (see manual for details). Maintenance Instructions∙Once a year the grill should be removed and the blower area cleaned. Use a vacuum to clean around the squirrel-cage blower, being careful not to damage any of the blades.。

nusselt单位 -回复

nusselt单位-回复Nusselt Number Units Explained: A Comprehensive GuideIntroduction to Nusselt NumberIn the field of heat transfer, the Nusselt number plays a crucial role in determining the convective heat transfer coefficient. Named after Wilhelm Nusselt, a German engineer, this dimensionless number quantifies the ratio of convective and conductive heat transfer within a fluid flow. The Nusselt number is widely used in engineering applications to optimize heat exchangers, determine cooling requirements, and analyze fluid dynamics.Understanding Nusselt Number UnitsTo comprehend the Nusselt number in its entirety, it is essential to delve into the units associated with this dimensionless quantity. The Nusselt number is calculated using the equation Nu = hL/k, where h represents the convective heat transfer coefficient, L represents a characteristic length, and k denotes thermal conductivity. The convective heat transfer coefficient, h, is measured in units of W/(m²·K), or watts per square meter per Kelvin. This unit signifies the amount of thermal energy transferred per unit area and temperature difference. A higher h value implies a greater ability to transfer heat through convection. The characteristic length, L, varies depending on the geometry of the object or system being analyzed. It can represent the diameter of a pipe, the height of a fin, or any other relevant length scale. The Nusselt number essentially compares the convective heat transfer across this characteristic length with the conductive heat transfer.Thermal conductivity, k, is a measure of how well a material conducts heat. It is expressed in units of W/(m·K). A material with a high thermal conductivity transfers heat more efficiently than one with a lower thermal conductivity. The Nusselt number, being a ratio of these quantities, is dimensionless. This characteristic is crucial as it allows engineers and researchers to compare heat transfer characteristics across various systems and materials.Application of the Nusselt Number in Heat ExchangersOne of the primary applications of the Nusselt number is in the design and optimization of heat exchangers. A heat exchanger is a device that enables efficient heat transfer between two fluids at different temperatures. By understanding the Nusselt number, engineers can determine the convective heat transfer coefficient and optimize the design of the heat exchanger to achieve maximum heat transfer efficiency. In heat exchanger design, the Nusselt number is utilized to select appropriate heat transfer surfaces, such as tubes, fins, or plates, which influence heat transfer through convection. By manipulating the convective heat transfer coefficient, engineers can effectively control the overall heat transfer rate within a heat exchanger system. This knowledge is crucial for designing efficient cooling systems in applications ranging from power generation plants to automotive radiators.Analysis of Fluid Dynamics Using the Nusselt NumberThe Nusselt number is not only applicable in heat exchangerdesign but also plays a significant role in analyzing fluid dynamics. In situations where free or forced convection dominates, the Nusselt number provides valuable insights into the fluid flow behavior. For instance, in natural convection, the Nusselt number can be used to analyze heat transfer in a fluid due to buoyancy forces induced by temperature differences. By comparing the Nusselt number values for different fluids and flow conditions, engineers can predict and optimize heat transfer rates in applications such as solar heating systems or building ventilation. In forced convection, where external factors such as fans or pumps drive the flow, the Nusselt number aids in analyzing the overall heat transfer performance. Understanding the correlation between the Nusselt number and flow characteristics allows engineers to optimize heat dissipation in various systems, including electronics cooling or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) designs.ConclusionIn summary, the Nusselt number is a dimensionless quantity used extensively in the field of heat transfer. By comparing the convective and conductive heat transfer within a fluid flow, engineers can quantify and optimize heat transfer rates. Understanding the Nusselt number units, including the convective heat transfer coefficient, characteristic length, and thermal conductivity, provides crucial insights for designing efficient heat exchangers and analyzing fluid dynamics. As technology continues to advance, the accurate calculation and application of the Nusselt number will remain critical in various industries, from power generation to electronics cooling. By harnessing its potential, engineers can optimize heat transfer processes and drive innovation in energy-efficient systems.。
