PSC检查缺陷图集（十二）
1、The hydrostatic release units of the both sides life rafts covered by plastic sheet.
1、两舷救生筏的静水压力释放器被塑料布包裹。

依据：LSA CODE/CIV/R4.1.6.3：if a hydrostatic releasw unit is used in the float-free arrangements,it shall automatically release the liferaft at a depth of not more than 4m.
2、The step of the embarkation ladder can not be kept horizontal when this ladder was launched.
2、当登乘梯被释放以后其踏板不能保持水平。

依据：LSA CODE/CVI/R6：equally spaced not less than 300 mm or more than 380 mm apart and secured in such a manner that they will remain horizontal.
3、The packing for the hatch cover of the incinerator –defective.
3、焚烧炉进料门的密封材料破损。

依据：MARPOL73/78/AN VI/APPENDIX IV/R16：每一台船上焚烧炉都应拥有IMO型式认可证书。

为获取该证书，焚烧炉应按照第16.6.1条所述的认可标准进行设计和建造。

每一型号均应在工厂或经认可的试验设备接受规定的型式认可试验，并由主管机关负责，在型式认可试验中使用下列标准燃料/废物，以确定焚烧炉的运转是否在本附录2所规定的限制之内。

依据：SOLAS/CV/R34：开航前船长应确保所拟定的航次已根据合适的这一海区海图和航海出版物而计划制定。

6、驾驶室的垃圾没有分类妥当。
