For management
The salary is too low. Managers do not have a share in the profits of subsidiary. Managers need more freedom and autonomy, but less control from head quarter. Managers want more contact with staff from other subsidiary.

Design: the design of the clothing is behind the times and have no appeal to buyers. Besides, the designers at the different production centre connect with each other or go outside.
Factory workers and administrative staff
•Providing a life insurance for every worker in our company is a good way to keep the turnover from happening. •Giving workers some award in the end of the year might be practical and improve the motivation of staffs. •We can fix air-condition and supply heating in the most of the place. Besides, we can provide cool water in summer and hot water in winter. •Lifelong Learning is the most useful way to solve the communication problems, they need to adapt themselves to the challenging world.
Quality is a company’s image. We will communicate more with other company’s managers to share good resources with each other, learn from each other and improve each other. we will also keep a close watch over every aspect of the materials, production process and the after-sale-services. Besides, we will provide our designers with more chances to travel abroad or go to other subsidiary to do more communication.
Problems from Products and Sales
Quality control: many subsidiaries make clothing from materials supplied by several of the company. But the materials are often of poor quality, and it resulted in cancelled orders and caused a big lost Responding to customers needs: some subsidiaries did not respond quickly to customers’ needs, and the plants can not meet customers’ tight deadlines.
Management
•We will carry on welfare politic or financial assistance to their children. •The managers who behave well and keep good performance every quarter will become the shareholders of the subsidiaries and will get more autonomy and less control . •we will give them enough funds and technology supports and train their employees .
