THK Error Code
THK 控制器错误代码
The follow errors codes are displayed whenever trouble occurs.
常见错误代码如下:
Here axis indicated. A—X axis B—Y axis C—Z axis D—axis
各轴代号分别是A代表X轴,B代表Y轴,C代表Z轴,D代表θ轴。
口0: abnormal temperature e.g. abnormal temp. on X axis : A0 温度异常例如:AO 代表X 轴温度异常。
Check ambient temperature because
heat radiator is too hot.
检测控制器(冷却器温度过高)。
口1:motor overload Too much load on actuator, or too 电机过载much friction due to mechanic damage.
控制器负载过大,或负载执行器机器
阻力过大。
口2:abnormal power voltage Too high voltage compared to the 电源电压异常 rated. Check the power voltage.
电压超过额定电压。
检测电源电压。
口4:Drive alarm Over current to motor or short 驱动报警 stop.电机过流
口5:Overspeed Motor speed too fast than the 超速rated.
This is caused by running servo
without motor cable or open circuit
of the cable line run.
电机速度超过额定速度。
可能原因为
电机线或编码器线开路。
口6:Connection error Encoder cable is not connected, 连接错误or axis parameter is more than the
number of actually connected axes.
编码器线未连接或轴参数超出了被
连接轴实际参数。
口7:soft limit error Actuator runs over soft limit.
软限位错误执行器超出了软限位。
口8:Deviation error Expected value inside controller 偏离错误and current value are above the
setting.控制器反馈电流值超过当前
设定值。
口9:Axis designation error other axes than those assigned 轴指定错误 are used. Check each axis itself
and axis number.
未指定的轴被使用了。
检查每个轴
和轴代码。
口A: position error Actuator moved over the setting 位置错误 (soft limit).correct the position
data.执行器超出了设定值(软限位),

口B: Move error Restarted even though actuator is 移动错误moving on the axis.(Redundancy)

E2:Driver alarm a driver alarm is detected in main 驱动报警circuit.驱动设备主回路报警。
E3:Homing incomplete operation is started without 归零位未完成taking home position. perform homing
procedure.未归零位时开始动作。

E4:Servo off error move command is executed even 伺服关闭错误 though servo is off.

F0:Program No. designation error the designated program No. is out CNC程序号码指定错误of allowed range.(1-31)
指定的CNC程序代码超出了允许范
围。
F1:Data not found No program data are found. Check 没有程序数据the program.
没有程序数据,检查CNC程序。
F2:Command not defined Command not defined is executed.
命令未定义执行了未定义的命令。
F3:Subroutine overnest Subroutine is nested more than 子程序嵌套过多 15 times. 程序嵌套超过了15层。
F4:Subroutine nest error Mismatching of CALL and RET.
子程序嵌套错误。
Check the program.
CALL或RET匹配错误,检查程序。
F5:Extension error Wrong way to use extension 扩展错误 condition. Check the program.
扩展条件错误,检查程序。
F6:Subroutine No. multiple definition Redundant use of a subroutine 子程序号多重定义 No. check the program.冗余使
用了子程序号,检查程序。
F7:Tag No. multiple definition redundant use of a tag No.
变量号多重定义 Check the program.
冗余使用了变量号,检查程序。
F8:Subroutine No. not defined The subroutine No. is not 子程序号未定义defined. Check the program.
子程序号未定义,检查程序。
F9:Tag No. not defined the tag No. is not defined. Check 变量号未定义the program.变量号未定义,检查
程序。
FA: Subroutine pair error BGSR and EDSR are not paired.
子程序配合错误 BGSR和EDSR未成对使用。
FE: Communication error Communication is not properly 通信错误proceeded.通信未能正确执行。
FF:Emergency stop it is now in stated of an emergency 紧急停止 stop. To resume, release emergency
stop button and cancel emergency
stop signal.
现在处于紧急停止状态,重新开启前,
先释放紧急停止按钮和取消紧急停
止信号。
注意:
●掰边控制器若出现A6,A5,B6,B5或者是更换控制器后,需要做零位校准:
start-start-prog-posi-mdi-go.其中在点位置选择时可以考虑多选几个做尝试。
