【摘要】Cultivating and promoting students'employment ability is not only an objective requirement of employment popularization of higher education and regional economic development to Application-orien-ted Universities ,but also an urgent requirement of Seeking independent development when facing increas-ingly competition for jobs .According to analysis of the current status of Application-oriented Universities' employment Ability ,and based on the perspective of university-enterprise cooperation ,put forward the ef-fective ways to improve applied undergraduate colleges and universities graduate employment force from the government ,schools and enterprises aspects.%培养和提升学生的就业力是高等教育大众化和区域经济社会发展对应用型本科院校提出的客观要求,也是大学生面临日益严峻的就业竞争时寻求自主发展的迫切要求.文章根据当前应用型本科院校大学生就业力现状,以校企合作为视角,从政府、学校、企业等层面有针对性提出提升应用型本科院校学生就业力的对策和路径.
