Abstract: In this study, PMMA and PGMA were successfully synthesized by ATRP in ionic liquid, ethylenediamine / CuBr as catalyst system and ethyl dibromoisobutyrate as initiator under certain reaction conditions. The conversion rate was 70%. By changing some reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, initiator dosage, ligand type and dosage, the polymer molecular weight and molecular weight distribution can be precisely controlled. Through the characterization of ATR-FTIR and 1H-NMR, PMMA and PGMA were successfully synthesized. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was used to test the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polymers. The results showed that the reaction was a first-stage polymerization reaction, and the activity of the polymerization process was controllable; the molecular weight of the polymer chain increased linearly with the increase of conversion. The average molecular weight of the polymer was kept within a certain value, and the molecular weight distribution was narrow.

赫斯基目前正在开发一种新的系统,专注于整合聚合酶链反应,使客户能够在未来24个月内每年将超过6 000万kg 的PET 带入循环经济。
