行为改变与传统健康教育模式对糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者血糖控
制的诊疗分析

【摘要】目的：：探讨行为改变与系统健康教育对糖尿病合并脑卒中患者自我管
理能力的影响，以帮助患者掌握糖尿病知识、神经系统康复方法。

方法：对医院门诊及住院120例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者分为研究组及对照组，研究组通过健康教
育和康复训练，进行饮食指导、药物指导、自我监测、运动疗法、康复训练等几方面的指导。

对照组常规治疗及健康护理包括口服药的名称、时间、剂量、胰岛素注射情况，饮食治疗情况、肢体肌力情况。

结果：1年后两组患者自我管理能力及空腹血糖、餐后2h 血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数等的综合恢复指标明显优于对照组。

结论：糖尿病患者经接受行为改变与传统健康教育模式后的自我管理能力明显强于治疗前，空腹血糖及餐后2h 血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数明显低于治疗前，行为改变与系统健康教育可有效地提高糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者自我管理水平，提高患者生活质量。

%Objective:To investigate the effect of behavior changes and systematic health education on the ability of self-management of patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and help the patients to master more knowledge about diabetes and the recovery methods for nervous system.Methods:Select 120 patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction in clinic or hospitalized in some hospital and divide them into research group and control group,the
research group received health education and rehabilitation training and the instruction in diet,medication,self-
monitoring ,motortherapy,rehabilitation training and so on.The control group received conventional treatment and health care,including the name ,time and dosage or oral medicine ,the injection of insulin,dietary therapy ,the situation of limbs and muscle power.Results:1 year later,the comprehensive recovery indicators like self-management,FBG,blood glucose 2 hours later after each meal ,glycosylated hemoglobin and weight were all better than that in control group.Conclusion:After receiving behavior changes and traditional health education ,patients’self-management ability can become obviously better than before,the indicators of FBG ,blood glucose 2 hours later after each meal,glycosylated hemoglobin and weight can become lower than before,behavior changes and systematic health education can effectively improve the self-manage-ment ability for patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and their quality of life as well.
