【摘要】Objective To investigate the influence of quality care services on the curative effect and psychological state of children with psoriasis vulgaris .Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris got treatment in our hospital during March 2012 to June 2015, they were randomly divided into the research group and the control group , and each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional care , but the research group was treated with high quality nursing service .Psychological status was evaluated by self-evaluation of anxiety scale ( SAS ) and depression self rating scale ( SDS ) , compared total effective rate of treatment and differences of the psychological condition of two groups .Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than 75.0%of the control group (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS score of the research group were (44.37 ±5.22) and (46.24 ±6.37) points respectively, which were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing service has positive effect on patients with psoriasis vulgaris .It can obviously improve the patient's mental state , enhance the clinical curative effect and promote early
recovery, thus, worth clinical promotion use .%目的：探讨优质护理服务应用于寻常型银屑病患儿的疗效及对心理状态的影响。

方法选取2012年3月至2015年6月我院80例寻常型银屑病患儿，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用优质护理服务，使用焦虑自评量表（ SAS）及抑郁自评量表（ SDS）评价心理状态，综合比较两组患儿治疗总有效率及心理状态的差异。

结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组的75．0％（P＜0．05）；护理后研究组SAS、SDS评分分别为（44．37±5．22）分、（46．24±6．37）分，均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。

结论优质护理服务对寻常型银屑病患儿有积极疗效，可明显改善患儿的心理状态，增强临床疗效，促进患儿早日康复，值得临床推广使用。
