全面版的餐饮配送合同英文版Comprehensive Restaurant Delivery Contract
This document serves as a comprehensive agreement between the restaurant, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the delivery service, hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Partner." Both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined below for the delivery of food items to customers.
1. Services Provided
The Provider agrees to prepare and package the food items for delivery in a timely manner. The Delivery Partner agrees to pick up the food items and deliver them to customers within the specified time frame.
2. Delivery Schedule
The parties will agree upon a delivery schedule that meets the needs of both the Provider and the Delivery Partner. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
3. Payment Terms
The Provider will compensate the Delivery Partner for each successful delivery made. Payment will be made on a weekly basis and will be calculated based on the number of deliveries completed.
4. Quality Assurance
Both parties agree to maintain high standards of quality in both the preparation of food items and the delivery process. Any complaints regarding the quality of the food or the delivery service will be addressed promptly.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of this agreement confidential. This includes customer information, delivery routes, and any other proprietary information.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the terms and conditions are not being met. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be settled within a reasonable time frame.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider is located. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
Both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and agree to abide by them.
