Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode in the intervention of mycotic vaginitis patients. Methods 48 patients with mycotic vaginitis who had been treated in our hospital were divided into control group (24 cases) and treatment group (24 cases). The control group was intervened by conventional western medicine treatment and nursing mode, while the treatment group was intervened by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%, which was better than 67.7% of control group; the improvement effect of quality of life and mental state score before and after nursing was significantly stronger than that of control group, the disappearance time and total treatment time of vaginitis symptoms were shorter than that of control group, only one case had adverse reactions, less than 5 cases of control group; the satisfaction rate of nursing service patients reached 95.8%, which was higher than that of control group. 75%. Conclusion Intervention of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine and nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life of patients with mycotic vaginitis, so as to maintain a good mentality during treatment, reduce related adverse reactions, shorten the total treatment time, and synchronously improve the therapeutic effect and patients'satisfaction with nursing services. 综上所述，平肝止血汤联合中医综合护理可有效提 升脑出血患者的疾病治疗效果，同时可减少不良反应的
