摘要：PURPOSE:To facilitate designing of circuits, by converting the output generated to the tertiary winding of an inverter into pulses and by fully charging a battery when the number of pulses per unit hour is reduced to the predetermined value and below. CONSTITUTION:When the connection of an AC power a battery 3 through the anode of a PUT 16 and the gate. The PUT 16 becomes conducting, so does a transistor 14 and the current flows to the primary winding 3 of an oscillating transformer 12. The oscillating transformer 12 thereby oscillates, the battery 3 is charged with the oscillation output generated to the secondary winding 19 and at the same time the oscillation output is generated to the tertiary winding 21. However, since the high frequency current bypasses through a CR filter 23, the current twice as high as the commercial frequency will flow to the base of a transistor 25. As the charging of the battery 3 gets along, the oscillation becomes discontinuous and the output generated to the collector of the transistor 25 reduces its number of pulses in sequence. This number of pulses is counted. When the number of pulses per unit hour becomes a predetermined value and below, it is displayed as 'fully charged'.
