摘要：PURPOSE:To achieve automatic confirmation, by converting the peculiar pattern of a spatial filter to a light and shade pattern by utilizing the ditribution of the density or brightness of the image data of a flexible material having regularity obtained by a sensor of every kind before extracting said peculiar pattern. CONSTITUTION:The size (n) of a spatial filter 23 is set corresponding to the size of a pattern to be detected and a threshold value is initially set from the average value of all of images and a loop is repeated to convert a peculiar pattern to a light and shade pattern. Next, the filter 23 is shifted from the left upper part of image data 31 to the right by one pixel to be stretched over the whole of a picture. The brightness values of regular pattern parts are averaged to obtain a uniform brightness value and brighter or darker data is set at an abnormal pattern. Therefore, the peculiar pattern is converted to light and shade difference to make it possible to achieve automatic confirmation.
