【摘要】目的：研究低分子肝素钙与瑞舒伐他汀联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）的临床效果。

方法选取我院的UAP患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。

对照组给予常规治疗，观察组加用低分子肝素钙与瑞舒伐他汀联合治疗，对比两组的临床效果和不良发应情况。

结果对照组的总有效率为65%，低于观察组的
总有效率97.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；1个月后回访，对照组的心血管事件发生率为17.5%，高于观察组的2.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜
0.05）。

结论低分子肝素钙与瑞舒伐他汀联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛，临床效果良好。

%Objective To study the clinical effect of treating the unstable (UAP) angina pectoris by combining low molecular weight heparin calcium with atorvastatin.MethodsTo select 80 patients who suffer from the UAP in our hospital ,then randomly divide them into observation group and reference group. Each group had 40 cases. Reference group received conventional treatment, but observation group received the treatment of combining low molecular weight heparin with rosuvastatin, then we can compared the clinical effect and adverse conditions of the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the reference group was 65%,it was signiifcantly lower
than those in the observation group, the total effciency in observation group was 97.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). A
return visit after 1 month, the incidence of cardiovascular events of the reference group was 17.5%,it was signiifcantly higher than the observation group, the incidence cardiovascular events of the observation group of was 2.5%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion It has better clinical effect of treating the unstable (UAP) angina pectoris by combining low molecular weight heparin calcium with atorvastatin.
