摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensive amplifier with excellent synthesis efficiency without using an expensive microwave diode by measuring the temperature of a resistor connected in a synthesizer and adjusting the amplifier so as to minimize the temperature. CONSTITUTION:The microwave power divided equally by a distributor 1 of a 90 deg. hybrid and having a phase difference of 90 deg. is amplified by amplifiers 2, 3. The result is synthesized by a 90 deg. hybrid synthesizer 4. from which a synthesized output Pout is obtained.The unbalanced component of the amplifiers 2, 3 is consumed by an isolation resistor 5 of the 90 deg. hybrid 4. Then the temperature of the resistor 5 is measured and the amplitude and phase of each amplifier are adjusted by using an input/output matching circuit and a phase adjusting circuit so as to minimize the temperature. As a temperature measuring means 22, such a device as an infrared ray microscope is used.
