临床护理路径在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用分析

【摘要】Objective To analyze the clinical nursing pathway in patients with tumor chemotherapy. Methods 67 cases of tumor chemotherapy patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital in April 2013 to January 2015, according to the different clinical nursing method divided into control group (n=33) and clinical group (n=34), the patients in the control group were given routine nursing, clinical group received clinical nursing bed path method, were compared between the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The satisfaction in the group of patients with 72.7%control was less than that in the group of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction of 94.1%, occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of control rate is 24%higher than that of group of clinical adverse reaction occurred rate of 6%, control group average hospitalization time (7.6±2.4) d longer than clinical group of average hospitalization time (3.5±1.3) d, P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in patients with chemotherapy application can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, shortening the average hospitalization time, improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing.%目的：分析临床护理路径在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用价值。

方法对2013年4月～2015年1月我院收治的
67例肿瘤化疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据不同的临床护理方法分为对照组（n=33）和临床组（n=34），对照组予以常规的护理，临床组予以临床护理路径法，比较两组患者的护理效果。

结果对照组患者的护理满意度72.7%低于临床组患者的护理满意度94.1%，对照组不良反应的发生率为24%高于临床组不良反应的发生率6%，对照组平均住院时间（7.6±2.4)d长于临床组平均住院时间（3.5±1.3）d，P＜0.05。

结论临床护理路径在肿瘤化疗患者中应用能有效的降低不良反应的发生率，缩短平均住院时间，提高患者的护理满意度。
