【摘要】The Hutong Changjiang River Bridge is a rail-cum-road bridge with the main span over 1 000 m.In the light of the structural characteristics and the operation and maintenance need of the bridge,the structural health monitoring system for the bridge,mainly for the main ship channel and the special ship channel bridges of the bridge,has been researched and designed and on the two ship channel bridges,totally 292 and 109 monitoring points are respectively laid out.In the monitoring system,the comprehensive monitoring mode of the vehicle-line-bridge-ambience is applied and the monitoring system can reflect all-sidedly the structural conditions and vehicle travelling conditions of the bridge.The system comprises the data acquisition and transmission subsystem,the data storage and management subsystem,the comprehensive alarming and evaluation subsystem as well as the user interface subsystem.To improve the practicability of the system,the easy usage of the system by the site maintenance personnel is taken as the goal and the methods of the rapid identification,correction,analysis and processing of a great amount of the monitoring data have also been researched.The structural conditions of the bridge are judged by the comprehensive alarming and
evaluation and the scientific bases for the maintenance at the site are hence provided.By way of integrating the system with the BIM system,the information sharing and applying of the life cycle of the bridge is realized and the operation and maintenance mode of the bridge is pushed towards the development of the "predictable rehabilitation".%沪通长江大桥为超千米级的公铁两用特大桥,结合大桥结构特点及运营养护需求,设计研究了健康监测系统.大桥健康监测系统主要针对主航道桥及专用航道桥,该两桥分别布置监测点292个和109个.监测系统采用车-线-桥-环境综合监测模式,全面反映大桥的结构状况及行车状态.监测系统包括数据采集与传输子系统、数据存储及管理子系统、综合报警与评估子系统及用户界面子系统.为提高监测系统的实用性,以现场养护人员易用为目标,研究了大量监测数据快速识别、修正与分析处理的方法,通过综合报警与评估的方式评判结构状态,进而为养护工作提供科学依据.通过与BIM管理系统相结合,实现大桥全寿命期的信息共享与利用,促进桥梁运营维护模式向"预见修"的方向发展.
