摘要：本文根据新老课程标准，通过对比研究法得出新老课程标
准的区别同时分析出新课程改革对高中物理教师提出了新的要求；通过问卷调查分析法对新课改下高中物理教师的现状是否适应新
课程改革进行了研究。

提出了关于新课改下高中物理教师应采取
的措施。

本文分为3部分，第1部分运用对比法对新老课程的课
程结构、教学内容、教学目标进行研究。

看出新老课程的区别、
新课程的改革特点。

由于这些差别,对物理教师的新要求。

第2部
分通过问卷调查分析法了解到高中物理教师面对新课改的现状，
可以看出高中物理教师有大部分已经接受了新的教育理念，但还
存在部分教师很难转变教育理念；同时调查分析得出大部分教师
认为缺乏关于新课改的资源。

面对高中物理教师的现状本文第3
部分提出了新课改下高中物理教师应采取的措施。

1、构建“引导—探究式”教学方式，培养学生学习的创造性；2、构建“开放式”教学方式，培养学生学习的合作性；3、构建网络环境下的“自主式”教学方式，培养学生学习的自主性。
