【摘要】Despite the State aid policy creates opportunities for the employment of college students in recent years,but the quality and ability of university graduates still have a wide gap between business needs.In order to identify the gap of the students' employment and enterprise demand,we did a large number of text analysis and survey,combined with the characteristics of both factors to select appropriate competence,built competency models meet the needs of enterprise students' employment for guiding school and enterprise to enhance the em-ployment ability of university students.%本文通过大量的文本分析和问卷调查,结合两方面特征来选取恰当的胜任力因子,构建符合企业人才需要的大学生就业胜任力模型,用以指导学校和企业等方面提升大学生就业力。
