【摘要】OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing injection plus sensitive antibiotics for pulmonary infection associated with lung cancer .METHODS:The pertinent clinical literature about Tanreqing injection plus sensitive antibiotics for treatment of pulmonary infection associated with lung cancer between 1996 and 2013 was retrieved from CBMdisc , China Journal Net , Wanfang database and VIP database , meanwhile all the fulltext literature was retrieved manually , with quality evaluation performed by two reviewers respectively .Revman 5.1 software was used for meta-analysis of the improvement rate of clinical symptoms and the incidences of adverse drug reactions and superinfection .RESULTS: A total of 12 randomized controlled trials ( RCTs ) were included .Meta-analysis on the comparison of improvement rates in clinical symptoms in patients treated with Tanreqing injection plus sensitive antibiotic therapy vs .those with sensitive antibiotic therapy alone showed P=0.93 in heterogeneity test , indicating the homogeneity of the data , thus the fixed effect model was applied , with the combined effect size OR=3.78,
95%CI=2.61-5.47( P<0.000 01); comparison of incidences of adverse drug
reactions/incidence of superinfection showed OR=0.65, 95%CI =0.26-1.64 ( P =0.37 >0.05 ), and the difference was not statistically significant . CONCLUSIONS:Addition of Tanreqing injection to sensitive antibiotics resulted in better improvement rate in clinical symptoms but no better efficacy in reducing the incidences of adverse drug reactions
/superinfection than did sensitive antibiotics alone in treatment of lung cancer associated with lung infections .%目的：系统评价痰热清注射液联合敏感抗菌药物治疗肺癌合并肺部感染的疗效与安全性。

方法：使用计算机检索1996—2013年中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊网、万方数据库、维普数据
库有关痰热清注射液治疗肺癌合并肺部感染的临床研究文献，并配合手工检索所有文献全文，由2位评价者分别对资料进行质量评价，采用Revman 5.1软件对临
床症状改善率、不良反应／二重感染发生率进行荟萃分析（Meta分析）。

结果：共纳入12个随机对照试验。

Meta分析结果显示，痰热清注射液联合敏感抗菌药物治疗组与单纯敏感抗菌药物治疗组患者的临床症状改善率方面比较，异质性检验P＝0.93，表明研究数据具有同质性，故采用固定效应模式，合并效应量的OR＝3.78，95％CI＝2.61～5.47，P＜0.00001，差异有统计学意义；不良反应／二重
感染发生率方面比较，OR＝0.65，95％CI＝0.26～1.64，P＝0.37＞0.05，差异
无统计学意义。

结论：痰热清注射液联合敏感抗菌药物治疗肺癌合并肺部感染可显著改善患者的临床症状，优于单纯敏感抗菌药物治疗，但在降低不良反应／二重感染方面不一定优于单纯敏感抗菌药物治疗。
