1 铁苏木素染色(Iron-hematoxylin staining method) 主要用于各种阿米巴和蓝 氏贾第鞭毛虫滋养体和包囊的鉴定，具有操作简单，现象明显的特点，呈墨蓝色。

2 碘液染色(Iodine staining method) 可以使真核细胞的细胞核呈黄褐色，所 以,加碘液可以用来观察细胞核。
3 姬姆萨染色法(Giemsa staining method) 姬姆萨染液(天青色素、伊红、次 甲蓝的混合液)的染色法。 最适于血液涂抹标本,用以染血球、疟原虫、立克次体 以及骨髓细胞、脊髓细胞等的染色，呈祡红色。

髓涂片染色，它是利用Romanowwsky Stain技术原理改良而成的。标本涂片经瑞氏姬姆萨染色液染色后，各类细胞呈现不同的着色，红细胞呈浅红色，白细胞的核着 色非常明显，易于对白细胞进行分类。
6 苏木精(hematoxylin)和伊红(eosin)染色方法 简称HE染色方法，是生物学
和医学的细胞与组织学最广泛应用的染色方法。教学和研究都是用HE染色方法观察
