摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent blowing-in of wind and rain and cold air, by a method wherein both sides of a multipurpose pipe for building are molded and extended in a flat manner, the end part of an engaging securing plate located inside the pipe is bent outwardly to form a linkage hole, meanwhile, longitudinal ventilating blades are disposed backward on both outer sides, and an outer side opening is removably closed. CONSTITUTION:An inner side engaging securing plate 4 is engaged internally of a ventilation cylinder 5 situated to a multipurpose pipe 1 for building for regulation. When the exhaust cylinder is secured on a wall surface and a ground material by means of screws inserted through securing holes 4', it can be stably situated in a position. Wind and rain blown from the front is corroded with a wind shield cover 10, and it pressurizes an outer wall surface along the ventilation cylinder 5. A louver 7 is protruded forward in a state to be separated from an outer wall, and since longitudinal ventilating blades are set backward, the wind and rain is prevented from entering the ventilation cylinder 5. Wind blown along the outer wall enters through gaps between the adjacent longitudinal ventilating blades 8 into the ventilation cylinder 5, the louver 7 is set to the two sides of the pipe 1 and the ventilation cylinder 5 so that the wind and rain cross at right angles with air on the pipe 1 side, and blowing-in wind and cold air are naturally regulated at the
inside.
